if you have a kinetic and that fragment that gives you bonus darkness transcendence when you get ability kills with a buff like devour active surely you can run hellion since devour gives grenade energy and you'll be getting tons of kills with devour with bad juju, which is kinetic so it builds both bars so your darkness should be fine
This is 100% the move. The fact of the matter is weaver’s call and threadlings still suck. Maybe if you could generate threadlings off of any ability kill it might be worth, but even then the damage is so bad, plus the limited range and poor tracking, just a lame ability unfortunately.
2:58 The cursed thrall explosion kills is every 3 kills on the dot without reloading, if you reload it resets the counter, doesnt matter if string if curses runs out or not 3 every 3 kills so long as you dont reload, did a small bit of testing myself. Kinda a shame it doesnt interact with necrotic grips but that explosion feels waaay more powerful than most explosions Crazy seeing the old obsidian mind bad juju combo back in such a potent fashion
The cursed thrall explosion seems to proc off of precision hits as well, i was messing around in crucible private matches and it happened on my buddy when it was just him
i doubt it, it's basically just an improvement of something you could do already and nova bomb with skull is hardly star-eater damage, and crazy add-clear isn't exactly something bungie is concerned about when a single nade can also do that kind of thing i mean funni lmao bungie nerf everything amirite guys 🤣🤣🤣
Try swapping weavers out for helion, and vortex out for swarmer. That way, you get ignitions out on beefier targets and bosses and an additional devour proc. You still maintain dark energy build up via swarm grenade, but add ignitions to the overall lethality as well. Losing no functionality but adding 2. Ignitions and another devour proc. You lose weaken though. Maybe swap for tougher content.
i made this build earlier but w/ MIcrocosm & dealers choice weapons. I dont really like baed juju like that but i tried it and its pretty good but i like mine better =]
@DaRealXotic Considering their new stasis exotic is bugged and anti-barrier doesn't work with Wicked Implement, I'll be using a lot of this warlock build instead for now.
This season kinda sucks for hunters definitely recommended staying with titan and warlock for this season, maybe once act 2,3 artifacts may bring hunters back
