“Keeping your own is the most important metric of your faith tradition.” It is hard to measure at the local church level because of how much people move. We have a lot of young people but I’m not sure how many are new and how many retained.
Most kids will be leaving your community after high school or dropping out altogether. Statistics do not tell the entire story! Let’s not forget Sunday morning sports either
