I saw the "to eat in walkies" with the burger and never bat an eye at it. Like, I saw to eat and the space and my brain said "maybe to cheat?" and then I saw the burger and my brain just said "that makes sense" and never questioned it beyond that

Vic saying "Burger. Burger. Burger. You should do it." plays in my head far more often than any normal human would be comfortable with.

Then I went to the playlist and discovered the burg epidemic.

I saw this and thought, "huh, can't believe I haven't noticed the burger in every thumbnail" then moved on with my life like nothing even happened. I can't believe I've been duped.

Back during Walkies episode 1 I figured Burger was just the comic relief character yknow? Especially once we entered the Toad arc during Uncleared I figured Burger would be phased out due to the tone shift. My expectations were entirely flopped and I must say for the better. Seeing Burger come full circle during the Toad arc, at the end of Walkies, I don’t think I can ever watch the series the same way again. Every small bit of foreshadowing, every small joke building towards that triumphant end, honestly the best TV I’ve seen in years, and the Toad arc isn’t even over yet. It’s honestly been awe inspiring to watch you develop as writers and actors, and you certainly were right to choose Burger, despite the immediate backlash. I’m waiting with baited breath for what happens next in this arc, knowing it surely will blow me away more than even Burger did. Genius work as always Simple.

I remember marathoning the walkies mega-cut and then glancing at recommendations and not even knowing how to react. Like, I memorized these thumbnails already and instantly knew what was up and just spent time scrolling and wondering "did I skip something? Simple then proceeded to tell us the burgers were never there in the first place and deleted his channel soon after great entertainer he is! For real though the gut reaction I had to finding the burgers at 1am while I had Covid was close to a religious experience. Felt like I was going insane. 10/10 would do it again.
