I can give you a fun challenge- Buffets tend to make loads of money, when you get to about seven full plates worth of food in there, they will start to worry and keep an eye on you, they start to lose money around 10 to 14 plates depending on how much they spend on the ingredients, see if you can do the beat the buffet challenge, if you want to know more watch The Million Pound Buffet, Good Luck

how many times has this been said, he has been checked and check adams explanations about his usual diet etc... diebetes isnt an issue, i dont eat like this and im type 2 diabetic but its no biggy. my thing is eating hot stuff and chillies . but its all diet controlled. adam isnt an idiot and knows more about diet than most of us to be honest.
