From Podgorica, Montenegro, I have to travel by bus to Shkoder, Albania. Without really knowing what I'm doing, I head to the bus station and hope for the best.
Cant understand why the guy is complaining so much-dont travel in the Balkans in high season,go mid to late June or the same in Sept,weather will likely be good..never in July/August ,that is just asking for problems.
Casinos-so called-are often money laundering facilities thats why there are so many about in the Balkans and central Europe.You can stay 90 days in Albania without getting a visa-if you want to travel in the Balkans then dont go in high season,simple as that.If you do the same trip mid/end of Sept.it will be different,btw of course they walk off with your passport as they need to check you arent on any lists..this is really basic stuff ,surely you know this.
