Great to catch up with you again Tim...shame you had to go early, however priorities come first. Thanks for the Billy can oven thingy's, and for catching my good side on video...LOL. See you at the Wilderness gathering. Atb Alan
Good capture of the atmosphere here! I remember Friday and Saturday being absolutely melting! Haha was grateful for some rain Sunday morning 😌 loved it!
A jolly splendid transmission on the wireless Tim Old Chap! Captured the excitement and ambiance beautifully! Who is that impostor on the front page sporting the German Helmet? He should be arrested and questioned don't you know! Love your set up and great little find that retro trunk! Just purchased one of your Tri- Corner Lavvu connectors pieces for use behind enemy lines. I shall be jolly glad of it I'm sure! So stoked to meet you Old Chap! Thanks for your support ♨️🙌
I say old chap nice of you to drop in. Thank you for your purchase young soldier, ill be sure to get it parachuted in to your drop zone as soon as possible. Be safe out there....
Nice one Tim, looked a good show. Loved the dunking biscuit discussion, may I be so bold as to throw in the humble Gingernut as a contender. Great video mate. Atb.

Cracking Video mate, it was a great weekend with lot of laughs, we will have to select 3 more biscuits to review for the next meet up lol. All The Best David.
Great set up, I miss my Disco. I thought you might of died of thirst filling up the kettle lol. The lake looked really serene, great video. The secondhand store was epic, I got a cast iron skillet and and an axe from the guy and his wife, proper old schools tools and kit made with proper metal.
Nice one Tim, looked like a good show and a nice venue too. Great setup as always but I really enjoyed the biscuit banter. You should get some Bourbons in the mix, they're awesome dunkers. There's a lot to be said about the humble digestive too though 👍
It looks to me to be a "Deed box" in which documents were placed for save keeping. This before the days of the printed document, they were written by hand and a wax seal applied, normally for legal documents. They could be as big as 1 square meter and folded into a square of about 25 centimeters. It helped keep the papers from fire etc. Have seen many of them. Cheers from the mountains of NZ. 😀😀
Wow - very informative, i haven't had time yet to see if there's any stamp or id mark. Thank you so much for checking in a leaving a comment. All the best. 🙏
New sub here after following in background for some time. I have the direct 4x4 pull out awning but looking for the makers or details of the windbreaks everyone seems to have. You can see it where you and Dave are dunking biscuits as it at your side. If its not ready made can you tell me what its made of please. It looks like corduroy type fabric if so thickness. Or could be heavy weight tarp, again what type be helpful. Ive been learning bushcraft for 8-10 months now and want to add this bit of kit ready for colder months to help keep wind out. Thanks. Great Chanel by the way x
Thank you subbing, much appreciated. I think your probably talking about Davids awning which is a 270° pull out. Im not sure about the make of it but you could contact him on Insta ?...💪
Sooooo not fair, in Britain, we can’t go canoeing, camping or anything and we can’t carry knives that are fixed blade or locking or otf or bigger than three inches long, it’s just so ridiculous I hate living here 🤬
Hi John - thanks for trying.... can you normally watch 4K video ? i just checked it still working and the comments below suggest also. Could you alter the viewing settings to a lower resolution ? im afraid im not that savi on IT.
