They're from the replay feature! If you press f2 on a server that has replay turned on(usually unofficials only) a little video camera will appear in the top corner to record what's happening around you on the server. Then you can go back to the main menu and view your recordings in spectator mode. It's really great for seeing what was happening nearby during a fight or to see fun angles of the fight itself!
