The Butterfly is BACK! Morpho Knight RETURNING in Kirby and the Forgotten Land?! 

So we know that this buttterfly is the grim reaper, but it also flies into action on judgement day. In the Alternate timeline in Star Allies, instead of summoning void termina, Hyness planned to summon Galacta Knight. I guess this was a big enough event for the butterfly to cast judgement

The butterfly has been looking at Kirby constantly judging him, he judged galactic knight and and set his fate using his body to judge Kirby once more in a fight

I really hope to see morpho knight return and to get a back story to that butterfly

The butterfly has the ability to cross dimensions, so here's a thought: maybe side modes that are non-canon to the "main" Kirby are still canon to the butterfly. So, the butterfly crosses between canon and non-canon dimensions.

The butterfly actually first appeared from the first game, Kirby’s Dream Land. Additionally, Morpho Knight is one of the concept arts of Meta Knight.

Galacta knight isn't evil tho. It was confirmed in super Kirby clash that he was one of the heros that sealed void termina, who exists in all dimensions but was sealed because of his power. Also the butterfly didn't corrupt galacta knight in the sense that it turned him more evil or that they are staring a body or something. it basically used his body and power as a host but it's still the butterfly. His description even still called him as the butterfly so Morpho knight isn't galacta knight taken over by the butterfly, it's the butterfly given a physical form.

It’s been started that these boss fights/scenarios with Galacta knight are non-canon/what if scenarios- But the character himself IS canon- and that seems to be the same with the butterfly’s abilities- meaning in the main Kirby canon- Galacta knight is still crystallized

it was stated in a miiverse interview that the modes galacta knight shows up in isn't canon, but is a what if scenario. It seems they're using these "what if scenarios" to show different aspects of Galacta Knight before we hopefully meet him in a canonical moment...

My theory I'd that the butterfly has been trying to use kirby as a host for years, but due to kirby's physical and emotional nature, cant. I'm confident we'll see much more of it

A few days after the demo was released the full game was released and morpho knight is back as a post game boss

You forget that Galacta showed up in super kirby clash, and used the heart rods that were used to imprison the jamba heart

So now we know morpho knight isn't just from galacta knight, as the butterfly also hit the fecto or whatever and turned right back into himself.

One thing to notice is the butterfly had the same heart symbol when it comes to reviving a friend.(Didn't play the game I just watch the videos) So most likely the butterflies and Galacta Knight could have known each other

That butterfly is multiplying in each game, taking the souls of strong and corrupt hearts, becoming more powerful each time. Eventually it’ll have it’s own game, where it’s the final boss and the main plot to the story.

I have a feeling that for a few games, the butterfly is going to absorb all the strongest beings in that game and then eventually release all that power in a final boss eventually. That’s just a theory.

when you beat meta knight in the game you get the meta knight sword blueprint and some abilities have 4 upgrades so if morpho knight is an enemy we probably get his sword blueprint

Here's how I decide what is Canon and what is not. Cases like meta knightmare/dedede tour/guest star in some cases i think are Canon for example in KSSU meta knight went out on a whole adventure to become the strongest so it wouldn't be out of the question to say who would go and fight whispy woods or even dedede (excluding when he destroyed his own ship) but what I considered the most Canon is the ending since most of the extra modes don't necessarily overlap with the Canon story i can most certainly see meta knight summoning galactic nova to wish to fight galactic knight so I usually use this tactic for every kirby game Except KRTDL and KPR the reason why is because with the former you fight GK in the true arena which in some way you could consider the fight Canon but its unknown as for the latter meta knightmare returns doesn't make sense for Canon because it completely overlaps the main story so maybe you could call it in "alternate universe" or something but aside from those I can definitely see in dedede tour the king make his way back to royal road and fighting shadow dedede and dark meta knight (excluding sectonia as it wouldn't make sense) and of course guest star mode in which I would only consider the fights with the mage sisters, hyness and morpho knight Canon because of how the story mode, the end of guest star and heroes in another dimension are all connected but who knows i would like to think galactic knight is Canon but we will have to see

Didn’t Galacta Knight return after Star Allies in Super Kirby Clash as Aeon Hero? We can see Aeon Hero is Super Kirby Clash, shows him being summoned by Parallel Nightmare than slaying Parallel Nightmare and appearing from shadows and light reveals him just like how Morpho Knight dissipates after being defeated in Star Allies As for his defeat animation in Super Kirby Clash, for the first round he just flies away. But for the Light version of Aeon Hero, he gets blown up as feathers come out of said explosion but this might be a stretch but for the Dark version of Aeon Hero I’m guessing the feathers come back to together to reform Aeon Hero and finally at the end Aeon Hero gets resealed in the same very crystal where he was sealed ages ago (Keep in mind haven’t read the pause screen descriptions yet for any of the Aeon Hero forms)

I think that every boss from pop star in the game is controlled by the butterfly

I like the idea of having multiple Butterflies. Like what if Morpho Knight from this game is not the same one from Kirby Star Allies? Also I wanna point out that when you defeat Morpho Knight in this game, he kinda looks like Fecto Elfilis/Chaos Elfilis before he disappears by moving up. And Chaos Elfilis does look more like a butterfly/moth creature. And yeah maybe the butterflies were from this creature Fecto Elfilis. And gosh Elfilin is so kawaii!!

I think that maybe the butterfly has been testing Kirby throughout the years in every game, seeing if Kirby is still strong enough to be able to protect Dream Land and even Planet Popstar

Hello I just realized something important. If the Void Astral Rebirth becomes the canon timeline continuing forward in the Kirby series, that would mean the butterfly becomes a canon interference in Kirby's adventures. I don't know what this would mean but please someone add on tho this and make it into a theory in the replies idk Edit: galacta knight becomes canon too
