The cake is so delicious that I cook it almost every day❗ I learned this trick from my grandma
► Recipe and ingredients:
300 g fat cottage cheese
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 egg
100 g sugar
10 g vanilla sugar
Mix with a hand blender until smooth
300 g fine coconut flakes
Roll out balls with a diameter of 1.5-2 cm
Place in the freezer for 15 minutes
5 eggs
a pinch of salt
beat until light and fluffy
250 g sugar
20 g vanilla sugar
220 g soft butter
Beat with a mixer until white
Gradually stir the butter into the eggs
150 g sour cream (20-30 % fat)
450 g sifted flour
10 g baking powder
Juice of half a large lemon
Set aside 1/3 of the dough
30 g cocoa
30 ml milk
Ring 28cm
Bake for 35-40 minutes at 200°C
250 g cream cheese (mascarpone)
50 g icing sugar
10 g vanilla sugar
400 ml cold cream (33-36%)
70 g cocoa (add in parts)
Spread the cream on the completely cooled cake base
can be decorated with a pattern
Refrigerate for at least 3 hours
The cake turned out very tasty and beautiful!
