Get at least like 10 tanks and 3 bombers 7. Develop cities and develop infrastructure 8. Get all tax levels (recommend 5) 9. Get research to like 100% 10. Get upgrades to your tanks (research) 11. Make your tanks jungle specialization 12. Build mines to every province 13. Build some civilian factory 14. Watch yourself get rank 1
