6:00 Technical sway, from the feet to the head on the move. Top sway, static sway, more on the upper part.

Waltz, side swing, pendulum swing, Foxtrot, progressive swing, metronomic swing.

19:20, Foxtrot, the accent of the 3rd beat should be activated and highlighted for more progression and continuity. You don’t sway too much in Foxtrot, otherwise you stop the progression. You blend the swing by swing, never stopped.
