@Simone Felici - very much like Clyde Stubblefield with James Brown...both of them are phenomenal players...that kind of concentration and, playing in the space afforded you...and, knowing when...and, being committed to the song first, bandmates second and, weaving your magic and, bringing it big-time as the engine that drives the bus...that's truly the way any great drummer plays...lots of room to stretch out... Check out Stubblefield's eyes during Cold Sweat from the 1968 gig in Boston... Jaki was a phenomenal drummer...pneumatic at times...a Krautrock kind of funk
