Ohmyghosh! The LUMPIAKWEEN! Evolving content not just a cooking show but now injecting stories in the videos as well! Luv this makeover! Im here before the 1M subs!
As a Kapampangan, definitely one of the most interesting food-related "horror" stories for me is about Aling Lucing's sisig. Ito siguro yung pinakasikat na branding(?) ng sisig sa Pinas, and for good reason. However, Aling Lucing was murdered and no conclusion as far as I know was released to the public. 'Till this day, iba-iba parin ang kwento at tsismis tungkol sa pagkamatay ni Aling Lucing. Merong mga nagsasabi na pinatay siya dahil sa pera, merong iba na pinatay daw siya dahil ayaw niyang ibigay ang recipe ng sisig niya. Although I haven't confirmed it myself, merong din nagsasabi na merong signboard sa harapan ng original Aling Lucing sisigan na nagsasabi na binaril daw siya. Another very interesting food-related story that you might also want to explore is about the Japanese soldiers disguised as working people here in the Philippines during the war. I think isa sa mga disguise nila is yung mga halo-halo or was it iskrambol vendors! Speaking of cannibalism, I also vaguely remember this one cannibalism case here in the Philippines during a certain wedding? There were stories then that the wedding guests were served with the victim's flesh.
Here we go! Queen is back again with another video. Was waiting eagerly for the video. Abi Marquez you the beauty! Take love.💛🌼 -Biggest fan of Abi Marquez in the whole universe.
as I'm a seaman, I've been around pinoy people for most of my professional life, have tried learning tagalog with little to no success, this thing you speak in your videos is halfway between english and tagalog and I like it! Maybe it will be useful for me? who knows? Very akin to span-glish. Dark subject matter tho. Well. Halloween.
Bakit wala tong Hundreds of thousands of views? Malaman yung story, crisp audio, eerie vibe tapos may bulalo pa sa ending. Sana magblow up din yung ganitong klaseng homey style of story telling.
It was sooo disgusting to learn this story of cannibalism. It is difficult to judge the self - appointed leader & the people who followed his order. We never know what to feel if we were faced with the same kind of situation.
For all the people who don't understand Filipino They were talking about a Vietnamese boat that is carrying 52 Vietnamese refugees, they're suppose to travel to (somewhere), unfortunately their engine broke down and their food supply only supports 3 days for all the people. They had an ex military who stood up as their leader and proposed an idea that they will sacrifice the most older person and make them as their meal. The twist is, many people claimed that the ex military leader was mentally unstable.
Ive always been curious about people stranded at sea that resolve into cannibalism. Especially this one getting stranded on a boat. Can't they fish for food?
They might not have materials to make fishing lines and such... These people were rushing to get out of their country, that they only got enough food supplies for a few days and didn't even bother to check the engine's condition... Also, even if they were able to create a fishing line... It was not a guarantee that they would be able to catch anything or even enough to feed the number of people on the boat... Plus, desperation really clouds a person's thinking... Probably, the short-term resolution (cannibalism) was the "only logical " answer that they have...
Grabe...Ang challenge Ng content...sobrang seryoso Ang kwento..it rivals how the dish taste versus how horrible the story ends. Tas biglang aayain ka na Kumain. Tas malambot Yung meat..naiimagine mo Yung mga Bata. Parang maaalog Yung kutsara pag sinubokan mong humigop Ng sabaw
Now palang makaka watch paps.

This reminds me of my Filipino homies🖤. There is an awesome Filipino community about 2hrs away from where I live in NM. I helped cook and prep some of the food. Can't remember the names. Elders telling stories near a fire pit. Live music in the background. Beautiful culture 🙏🏾many blessings
you forgot to mention how their boat was ignored by multiple ships including a american naval ship who refused to bring them on and only gave them 3 days of food and false promises to rescue them
Pag ako nasa banka tapos wlang food mangingisda aq tas un ang kakainin ko hello? Nasa dagat maraming food at pag sinabi ng leader na kumain ng tao i will not in fact I will choose to hide cause I kniw that I might be their next dinner disguisting eew kung wlang isda sa spot na un i will probably filter water para lang sa thirst i will still choose to starve kahit na ganun
