I had my first michelada in Zacatepec, Morelos. Nothing like walking around with almost half gallon of spiced beer in a clay jar and eating tacos for pennies. Nothing has ever come close to that in the states.

@@kimlarios36 Zacatepec Is a beautiful little town. My mom is from there and I used to go there during the summer in my teen's and early 20's. I remember hanging out in the plaza during the yearly fair and even got to dress up as a Chinelo and joined the parade! Lol. I keep in touch with relatives from Zacatepec, Jiutepec, and Jojutla. Things have changed since the early 2000's but the best summers of my life have been traveling through the beautiful state of Morelos.

Purified Drinking Water Meat is cured with enough salt and pork lard, no chances to get spoiled. Another important thing is that during certain seasons, in certain areas of Mexico, you may just need few min at the shun shine to get seriously burned.

Because the meat is salted and the sun is strong, in less than 30 minutes the meat loses water. All these factors prevent any bacteria from developing enough to spoil the meat. It truly changes the flavor by intensifying it and making the meat tender once you sear it quickly. It’s incredible, believe me. I have dreams about it.

Martin Neumann Every family is different. Growing up, I knew of families where cussing was normal. Although that was not rare, it was definitely not the norm. More often than not, in my experience with Mexican families, cussing in front of parents is frowned upon. Especially cussing in front of older folks who tend to be more traditional and socially conservative. I think you may agree with that. That’s why it’s surprising to me that the guy in this video is nonchalantly cussing in front of a senior citizen whom he does not know and is not familiar with how that person feels about cussing. It’s a little disrespectful.

This is like a maximum of 60 or 80 words per minute. If you cant read at that speed you need to learn to read better/faster, not that they need to slow down.

D3M0NSNYP3R ha! I wasn’t telling them they need to do anything. I am completely capable of reading everything. I’m just saying it would be nice to be able to ogle at all of the amazing food as well (mostly during the intro).

Ese guía gastronómico le falta documentarse, la cecina tiene su origen con la llegada de los españoles, en ese pueblo hay un ex convento Agustino de 1541, solo que la cecina de Yecapixtla vario su elaboración seguramente por la influencia de los nativos, que a diferencia de la cecina española no es ahumada sino expuesta al sol entre otros procesos.
