What really devastates me is that Kaylee wasn't even living in Idaho anymore & was only back visiting. They were all on the brink of beginning their adult lives. So incredibly heartbreaking.
Kohberger had no reason to show up in the morning of the crime scene, none of his friends called him, texted him to go there, he didnt live on the campus or near the house where victims was murdered, kohberger had no friends in that area of the campus who would have known a murder took place for kohberger to go out of his way to show up to that house in the morning. He is the only one whos dna is on the knife sheath, he was the only one driving at night with his phone turned of and on again during the time of the murders, he is the only one who also drives the same white elantra that drove past that house on CCTV cameras and was circling the house
Also also, what would motivate a person to get up at 4am to transfer their own garbage wearing latex gloves and transferring some of it to multiple neighbors’ garbage bins…. ? Seriously who the F does that ?? 🤷🏾♀️ what would motivate anyone to do such an absurd thing ? The circumstancial evidence is very compelling !
You made not one reasonable point out of that paragraph u wrote 😅😅 kohberger is innocent and it’s being proven literally in our faces and u sickos is mad the truth is coming out 😅😅😅😅
A good prosecutor could poke holes. The only thing sinking him is the sheath he left there, really. What an idiot to do that. Everyone makes mistakes, even if they plan it perfectly.
@@Kels-hf7xw Originally the trial was suppose to begin this past Oct. but now it most likely won't begin until the beginning of 2024. * Also, Kohberger waived his rights to a speedy trial so that can slow down the process and his counsel (Anne Taylor) is claiming that she wasn't given adequate time to prepare. This is also a death penalty case so I'm sure defense is dragging their feet. The only positive part is that the house where the victims were murdered will be demolished this month.
@@mangomonet2464 It sure does! They have to rehash that pain all over again and hear for the first time things that occurred that they didn't even know about. I can't even imagine. And who even knows how long this trial will take. Let's hope that the families will support one another throughout this nightmare.
This whole case stuns me. The events of that night, the two surviving roommates, the late reporting of the crime… the accused who seems to have no motive. How someone could have so much rage to do this is beyond me- it was utterly brutal.
Do you know why its confusing its because that night they were all wasted. Maybe they already lay unconscious by what they always doing. The cops came to that house a lot. Their partying were till early hours. Guys came and went from this house all hours. That is why the room mates thought its just another guy in the house. Did you see the body cam videos of disturbances they caused. Ever week.
Court trials usually take years to get going. Nikolas Cruz didn’t start his until like 2021 when he committed a mass shooting in 2018, and James Holmes waited 3 years I think, he shot up a whole movie theatre. It’s not unusual at all, they have to gather evidence, do interviews and interrogations, work with the defendants attorney, summons ppl, and they’re going to make sure they got it right and their case is rock solid before going to trial. It might even be Bryan’s attorney that is holding things up and the state is ready to go. And the house is near a college and this made national news, they prob didn’t want the house to turn into a tourist attraction out of respect for the families, internet sleuths and journalists love to visit the crime scenes too, a lot of ppl did it with Chris Watts house.
“We don’t know when and how this DNA got there.” Yes, it’s 100% a coincidence that his DNA was under a body at a crime scene where 4 people were killed. It must also be a coincidence that he drove thru their neighborhood 12 times, and that his phone was off during the window of the crimes. All alone these would be coincidences, all together they are evidence of guilt. 🙄
1) the sample on the sheath was 1/100th of a nanogram - 12 cells or so. they didn’t use str, they used snp (which involves using pcr to amplify / replicate the dna and then gaps are filled in according to statistical patterns. the dates matter in this case, especially since the fbi did the igg in-house. if they were already looking at kohberger, than they could have easily (intentionally or not) filled in the gaps in the dna to match his. 2)yes, 4 people were killed. it is way more likely that someone they knew killed them. look at similar cases. why did it take so long for the surviving roommates to call 911? why was a latent footprint found (i.e. cleanup occurred)? 3)that tower provided a 25 square mile coverage. bryan lived within that radius. we are not talking about gps here - we are talking about pinging. 4)the video footage does not show bryan’s car at all. the state was initially looking for a 2011-13 elantra. there is a visible difference between a 2013 and a 2015 elantra. the state has no case. the argument that they are somehow “holding back the definitive evidence” is ridiculous - they have no reason to do this as it would put their entire case in jeopardy (just like withholding exculpatory evidence does). sorry, but your coincidences aren’t actually coincidences. i hope you are never falsely accused of a crime.

I want to understand one thing...affidavit stated Dylan was in a 'frozen shock phase' and that's the reason why she didn't call 911 or go check on her roommates. Simultaneously, people say she didn't think anything was off about the noises she heard or the masked man she saw walking past her because it could've just been a visitor with a Covid mask and there's always noises in a 'party house'. To me, those two things don't go together at all. Either she was shocked or she wasn't concerned at all and went to sleep.
The affidavit didn’t say that the reason she didn’t call 911 is because she was in a frozen shock phase…it merely said she was in a frozen shock phase. The purpose of the affidavit was not to defend Dylan. Also people say that she thought nothing of it but that’s just opinions of random people. I can say anything I want about what happened that night but you have to realize that what you hear is merely the opinion of a random dude in Minnesota. Dylan has not given any public interviews and neither have the investigators she spoke with. In my opinion the fact that it took a long time to call 911 is completely irrelevant.
She saw him coming from the area where Ethan was. I’m sure Ethan had many friends that were unknown to most who lived in the house. Ethan didn’t live there. She probably didn’t know what to think. The fact that she was in shock could be because it was unexpected to see a stranger there. She probably told police a lot more than what was likely summarized in the affidavit.
I think some people in this comment section don't understand what "frozen shock phase" means. It means a person is unable to do ANYTHING and their survival instincts kick in. In Dylan's case, she was most likely hiding. I don't think seeing an unexpected visitor in a highly frequented college house is going to do that to you.
@@abz9850 frozen shock phase is basically a way of dissociating, to put it simply. We only know what limited information the affidavit listed. So it will probably be a lot clearer when the trial starts and evidence and witnesses are heard from, in length. It’s only my opinion, with what I’ve read and seen in reports.

All of the evidence against him appears to be circumstantial. What was his motive? I’m still not convinced. One drop of DNA in a house full of DNA from many people? Police could find no blood evidence in his car or on his person when blood was everywhere at the crime scene?
But seriously if police stopped making public their investigations before coming to any valid facts maybe people wouldn't be so quick to come to the wrong conclusions and innocent people wouldn't be berated and accused wrongly and prematurely
@@TerribleConnection77 It was a revenge/obsessive passion killing. Lots of people were in and out of the house, but they were young people - fellow students, friends, because it was a college town and a college house. Brian was in his later 20's, so older than them, almost graduated from college, and was rejected by Maddie Mogel - he previously followed her account, and was slayed along with three of her friends by him. A personal item, such as a knife and its sheath, doesn't just "poof" DNA onto itself. The evidnce is not circumstantial. Everything places him at the scene, his alibi, the gaps in time with the phone and footage of the car doing circles thru the neighborhood, and more. The evidence is corroborated by so many elements, the narrative painted by the evidence alone is insanely airtight. Yes, there were people in and out of the house, but they were not flukes. They were NORMAL people, students and friends. NOT INCLUDING BK, he was the fluke that murdered four of them and was probably rejected for reasons that led to the evident events. I’m assuming she had to be intoxicated, what other reason could she have for doing that? I know people are defending her but she could have saved one or more of their lives had she called. I would be beyond furious if I was one of the parents.
No one could be saved because their injuries were deadly and the stabbings got their vital organs. The boy killed had his throat sliced... no chance of survival.
The coroner conducted in her autopsy report, that ALL 4 VICTIMS unfortunately all died instantly! Whether the 911 call was made 2 minutes after the stabbing or 12 hours after the stabbings... Unfortunately, none of them would have survived their horrific and henious wounds that BK most likely bestowed upon them. Their bodies were severely slashed, causing major damage to internal organs, as well as many arteries that would cause loss of life. I believe that is what I read in the autopsy report.
Why the delay in the trial? Put Kohberger on trial and let the facts speak for themselves. The families and the community deserve to resolve this crime.
He waived his right to speedy trial if he hadn't then the prosecution might face bern more limited in their ability to keep investigating so I think he might have been better off if he isn't guilty to take the speedy trial
He waived his right. I believe if they thought prosecution didn't have the evidence to take him to trial, he wouldn't of waived that. Single source DNA on the knife sheath is curtains for Kolberger. But if that's not enough, the numerous car videos caught his car traveling to and from the crime scene. His cell phone pings, and his cellphone being turned off during the time of the crime. Eyewitnesses put his vehicle in the neighborhood streets next to the house where the crime happened. His internet postings on reddit. His obsession and internet searches on this particular crime even before it was announced in the news makes it crystal clear. His previous searches of the girls on social media and trying to reach out to them also makes his motive clear.
Where did you get this so called evidence you state as fact? Must be some of the misinformation Mark Fuhrman has fed to the media. They had it under control the entire time and just didn't release the information. Even if they didn't have a clue what happened and got lucky finding BK, it was only a handful of weeks. That's pretty dang quick.
A lot of these news networks who're covering the case are so irresponsible. There's the former FBI criminologist Jennifer Coffindaffer who must be in her element when she's called in to speak to these murders on the various channels (who I'm pretty sure isn't volunteering her two-cents) and starts off w/saying how "FUN" it is to be part of the discussions and podcaster "Surviving the Survivor" who opened his podcast into the murders by stating "LET'S HAVE SOME FUN!" What's wrong w/these people? Some people are having too much fun exploiting these murders.
As far as I can tell and I did study criminology psychology and law at university this case is very circumstantial and as a person from Australia I find it absolutely mind boggling that the American media has basically already found this fellow guilty this whole guilty by public opinion situation is quite frankly ridiculous. Whatever happened to innocent until proven guilty? Your media coverage and wild accusations that are baseless are completely out of control. The public who are clearly clueless about the legalities of these circumstances are running around with pitchforks! It's nuts
@@ezrascrashsite a very small piece of touch DNA on a sheath that may not even be the murder weapon it's easy to dismiss that he could have picked it up at a store to look at it or anything there is definitely Reasonable Doubt I'm not saying the guy is innocent I am saying that there is not enough tangible evidence to convict
Circumstantial evidence gets people convicted every single day. The fact that his DNA was on the knife sheath and his car was seen passing the house between 3:29am and 4:20am and his cell data puts him near the house so many times and he fits the description of the suspect that the surviving roommate gave.. is enough for me to say guilty. They also have MORE evidence to make him look even more guilty. That’ll come out at trial.
He said it. In the beginning. Then he changed his mind. Why? Maybe he knows it from the beginning. If you think logical, you have to think, he had a hunch. Nothing makes sense, except the frats.
Do those same ppl have their DNA on the knife sheath, turn their phone on and off during and before the crimes? Are they women haters? The evidence is there and so much more will come out at trial. And as Steve said if he's not personable that's on him. He is who he is. Jurors will judge the facts/evidence.
That is really scary that students allow strangers in their home at all hours of the day and night to party and the actual renters are not even there!!! That is really scary. It is surprising that no one was attacked or theft did not occur even before the murders. That whole thing is crazy to me. I hope other young people use more caution in who they allow in their home dwellings.
Scary indeed. Posting photos of the inside of the house and their personal info out on social media is a recipe for disaster. Parents, teach your, especially daughters, to stop posting personal info. Have you not learned anything?
Vinnie politan I think you're in the wrong line of work now you find people guilty before they even have a trial you should not be covering this trial with that way of thinking innocent until proven guilty try to remember that
Mainstream Media have their narrative. He follows the rules. He would not open his mouth and would ask very serious questions. Isn’t he a lawyer? Really sad!
@@brianairwin they said “I for one haven’t seen enough evidence”. Do you understand what that means? You just have really low standards for finding someone guilty. When you think about it, it’s a bit sick. You would put a person in front of a firing squad without all the evidence or a second thought.
@@brianairwin he has not been convicted and we have not seen all the evidence. You can honestly put someone in front of a firing squad without knowing all the facts? Now THAT is sick.
@@jimlahey3919 No, the criminal had diff plans, let's stop putting on God what humans do, whatever terrible activity we involve God, this was no God's work, God did not want this!
BF and DM left the house at 2-3 am and went to 1330 Linda Lane where the fight club apartment is located. Xana, Ethan and Kaylee all ended up over there.
They did hear stuff but we are thinking it would all make sense to hear that stuff as to what is going on BUT. Think about at the time you are not going to think my roommates are being murdered! They just thought they were being loud. Makes total sense to me, I don’t know why that’s so hard for people to understand?? They didn’t piece it together at the time and they were probably sleepy and under the influence of something. It’s unfortunate really.
I woke up on my birthday November 13th in 2022 to this murder. This year leading up to my birthday I spent a lot of time thinking about them. Moscow is about 6 hours drive from my house in Utah. I feel really connected to them. Rest in peace youngins. You were too bright for this world.
You know, all these law „experts“ and defense lawyers making such statements without actually knowing all the evidence… it feels highly unprofessional to me. Loudmouths. Sorry, not sorry.
I believe warrantless wiretaps and complete invasion of privacy being snuck in under the guise of a “patriot act” was us going over the edge we’ve become the very thing we swore to destroy
Guys, It's a party house. When Dylan opened her bedroom door and saw bushy eyebrows, to her, he would be just another party hound passing by. I'd bet she thought nothing of him, yelled again for everyone to shut up and go to sleep then closed her door and slept until 11:00 AM. This "Frozen in Fear" is nothing more than Clickbait.
These media people who make their living gossiping and speculating sensational crimes make me sick. Often times, they make an investigation harder for the police and tougher for the alleged perpetrator to get a fair trial.
I listen to this and the " excuse " given for not calling 911. The narration is that she opens her door for the 3rd time and a guy dressed in dark clothing and bushy eyebrows walks past her. She closes her door and does nothing for 8 hours. 8 hours that could have saved one or 2 of those lives. The sheath was left behind - so then the murderer walked past with a BIG ass KNIFE in his hand and probably with bloody hands and she still did NOT call 911 - even if petrified- 8 hours? ! She also heard NOTHING? When a man enters a room - any room( or the one across from you or above with paper-thin walls ) with 2 people in it, knife in hand and stabs one person ( because ONE man cannot stab 2 people simultaneously ) the other person reacts SURELY - the other person screams/ pleads or tries to make a run for it to escape. HOW were 4 people silently - viciously stabbed to death?! HOW ?
noo c'mon you need to look at this practically. He came in, in the MIDDLE of night, with the presumed main target being the girls on the 3rd floor. They were most likely asleep in their bed together when he came in. It was dark, and if they are asleep he is over them in 2 seconds stabbing them... that's not much time to scream. Imagine you are awoken by literally being stabbed, you can't even see anything. Its definitely possible in this case that he wounded them so much before they were even able to let out a scream. The couple, I'm not sure about. We don't have enough information to know what really happened. Did he intend to kill them? Were they just collateral damage? Who knows. I'm not saying it's not a little odd that there weren't any screams, but at least for the girls upstairs, I think it makes sense. As far as Dylan, she did hear some things. But she didn't automatically assume her friends were being MURDERED, i mean, who automatically goes to that??? She popped out of her room and clearly didn't see much or hear much... so she goes back to bed. I lived in a university house like one they lived in, and yeah I heard noises of my friends coming in and out, cooking at weird hours, drinking, etc. I also saw a bunch of random people I didn't know bc they were friends of my friends. So when she saw the guy, mind you she probably was half asleep, maybe intoxicated, and it's dark... she probably didnt see him with blood all over himself and giant knife. She just saw a guy in black leaving the apartment. Maybe she was a bit scared, but convinced herself it was just a friend of a friend, or something. So she goes back to bed, sleeps in the next morning and finds out all of her friends are dead. That must have just been so horrible.. I can't even imagine. Apparently she called her friends first because she was just so horrified. The chances that she was in on it are just so slim. Also, side note but I actually went to university with this guy and was in a class with him. Scary stuff!
Calls her friends first though? If you walk in and see your friends murdered, why would you not call 911 first? But, call friends over.... something is really off with that whole scenario.
@@ericmarden8481 yeah well.. In this younger generation they are always relying on their friends, I mean they talk to them 24/7 via text. Nowadays young students would rather call their friends first than the police. but I had heard she called her friends and when they arrived she immediately passed out on the front lawn. Clearly… she was not okay and probably had some kind of panic attack.
I hate when people say they are dedicated to the truth. But you have previously recorded documentation of the other wrecked white car that was identical to the suspects, the 4:00AM door dash that was received that night, the parent's of one of the victims who states that it could have been anybody who committed these murders. Don't report part of the truth please cover the full evidence and facts of this case.
And all of the evidence lead to Bryan and not the other driver of the crashed white Elantra. Now do you get why Bryan is locked up and the driver of the crashes Elantra is not.?
yes, these murders are full of rabbit holes. I'm waiting for the trial and the pieces of evidence they find because it's nearly impossible to decide if this guy did it or not just because of the accusation. Because I know deep down, there is more to know. Like witnessing the killer, got eye to eye, and lived to tell her story. Even if is not eye-to-eye, the killer 100% knew she was there but didn't care? So strange
