I wonder if your going to have a glass display case for candy in your new store?. I grew up in a house with my grandparents and half the house was a store. Similar to yours. My grandparents had a glass case that you could pick and choose single candies to make a bag or a box of assorted. I remember as a small kid how fun it was to look into that glass case seeing all the different candy in rows. One of the reasons I really love your channel it reminds me of my childhood. ❤️

Hey man I just discovered this channel the other day, I love chocolate and candy so this channel is awesome. It’s very peaceful to come home from stressful day at work and smoke a joint and just watch your laidback family just make candy and make conversation. Looks like an awesome little shop too. I live in Michigan and will have to order some ribbon candies or something if you guys ship to here.

When I lived in Massachusetts, I visited a place called Hebert's Candy Mansion (now Hebert Candies) on a few summer camp field trips. Hebert's has a few employees to load ingredients and for quality control but the majority of their candy making process is automated so every candy looks good and looks the same. I have nothing against machines because they help us get things done faster but I like your process more. One of the reasons I watch your videos is because every piece of candy in your shop is handmade. The products may not all be the same but you can tell that there was a lot of hard work and passion that went into each and every candy you sell.

Hey Craig, that was such a great idea to put the camera around Max’s neck. I love watching the chips being covered in chocolate. Just leave it there like 20 minutes at a time. Poor Max. It wasn't his day. I thought at first that he accidently counted it double with the 165. But you guys figured it out eventually. 😉 Then the chips not working with him. 😂 That was some nice editing by including some of your dads video footage in yours. Even the sound was perfect. Like it was supposed to be filmed that way. Would love to see more of what Steve is filming when you're not around. Oh psst... totally off topic. I love the wooden shelving gondola with the bins. When you showed the metal ones a few videos ago I cringed...I used those when I worked at a grocery store and they were awful. They bend so easily and when they get bent they're almost useless. They don't sit straight, they rust and just look horrible. Plus the shelves take up so much storage space when you're not using them. The wooden ones are more "hometown family candy business".

If you used the little wheels left from putting holes in the board, you could screw them at the bottom of one of your jigs so when the chocolate hardens they all pop out quicker than poking each one. Just an idea. Also those door hinges need some WD-40 haha.
