You betcha! No wonder she played niece-and-aunt with Tabitha Saint Germain in Sabrina: Secrets of a Teenage Witch! Candace from Phineas and Ferb and Rarity from My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic are both known for making hysterical noises and emotional squeaks/squeals, which really shows me what a unique sort of voice actor Tabitha Saint Germain and Ashley Tisdale both are. It is exactly what got me into Pucca, something Tabitha worked on in the early years of Phineas and Ferb before she met Ashley in that new CG Sabrina cartoon, and that inspired me to create my own animated giggling non-verbal main character for Ashley in one of my own animated series in the future. Wow, I should have Ashley and Tabitha work in the same productions more often. While I know Ashley lives in Los Angeles and Tabitha lives in Vancouver, so you do not need to correct me if you assumed I didn't know, Tabitha is somebody whom I always wanted to cast for more of my own productions with LA-based casts in general. Because then she could meet or have her name in a cast list with half of the same people that Tara Strong, John De Lancie and and Greg Cipes have. Tara and Tabitha were both in Super Mario Bros. 3 in 1990 and Friendship is Magic in 2010. I also wished to have Ashley Tisdale in Friendship is Magic as Flower Flight (one of the equal village ponies) because Al Yankovic from Milo Murphy's Law was there as Cheese Sandwich, and Greg Cipes because he would make a great Button Mash, and Greg and Ashley were always in different episodes of Milo Murphy's Law, because Ashley only has The Phineas and Ferb Effect and Greg plays Mort, a recurring MML character who did not appear in The Phineas and Ferb Effect unless he was silent in that. I think (in my personal opinion only) you can’t have Gravity Falls with out Mable, Dipper, Grunckle Stan, or Soos. Maybe a different situation? Since Soos took over the Mystery (S)hack, while Ford & Stan went tracking things “up north” in the ocean (while the twins went back to California), it would have to be something “weird”. I always thought the UFO could bring them all back to Gravity Falls.
