The actor who played Aalamzeb was a bad choice tbh. She’s completely expressionless. Such a missed opportunity. didn't expect her to have such a big role in the series. just imagine if Mr. Bhansali took a great actor instead of her what a treat it would have been to watch!

Sanjeeda’s character was the most complex. You don’t expect that when the series begins but she goes through so much in the show. Also no one expected much out of her because she’s from tv. But she so superb in performance. I loved Malikajan as well. Her character also surprised us throughout the show.

Absolutely loved the series and highly recommend to people who love slow burn type of shows. The only thing that disappointed was the casting of sharmin. Wasted such a good storyline by her performance.

The best actress in heeramandi was manisha she was brilliant award winning performance. The worst was sharmin just because you are bhansalis niece she should have not got the role. Looked bad with no style nothing it is like forcing her on us. Also the boy who acted with her did not look at all like a nawab. The rest were perfect in their respective roles
