@@superiepalmer7998 lol. He did the same thing in another interview and kind of made Corey sweat a little. The one where they were taking questions out of some cat. Freddie was like, "who do u think is beautiful?" Corey got all blusht and India saved him though
I love how Freddie, Sam and Corey are in awe of India’s performance. Their support for each other is so cutee!! Freddie was like “you didn’t look nervous” I love it. Great show!
I can’t be the only watching every bit of interview from this cast ?! They are absolutely perfect in their roles but also such amazing people with crazy chemistry you can tell they became good friends.
Agree w Corey that Sam & Freddie’s scenes were some of the most engaging. The way you get so emotionally invested for each of them knowing they’re fighting for the same thing on opposite end of the spectrum. Incredible honestly!!
When Arsema says how cute India looked in that scene, I can not agree more. India looked sooooo stinky innocent and cute. Just as precious as can be. Ugh 🥰🥰
The writing, directing, casting, acting, and editing was absolutely perfect. And the younger actors were at least as equal in terms of quality of acting as the older performers. Just brilliant all around!
The 3 of them were doing some interview and the question was what is the way to Corey’s heart and they had to write their answer on a whiteboard. The correct answer was table tennis. FULL STOP! An interview a couple days before that and India said Corey had been teaching her ping pong….ok then…
@@musicislife7282 When I heard that the "way to his heart" was table tennis and then realized he became annoyed at India's lack of table tennis skills I thought... now wayamin 👀😂😂
It’s crazy to me how much the representation in this show has impacted me. I wasn’t even thinking about it too much and i get emotional because it wasn’t just black people in a period piece we’ve never seen before, it’s that the hair was still natural and there were fros and even this interview I paused and was like that’s my hair being worn ‘in glam’ and for the first time I think it looks beautiful and normal like maybe I can look beautiful too (which I know is just my insecurities but thats what I mean maybe I can *feel* beautiful for once even if I haven’t done much to it) I guess I hadn’t even realized how much I was affected by media like that until getting the representation and seeing it be normalized
These were my exact thoughts when I decided to go natural years ago. My hair was so damaged from the relaxer & heat damage, and not caring for the hair properly even when it was chemically processed. Black girls in particular are taught early on that in order to be considered beautiful & put together, you have to alter your appearance - no matter how painful & uncomfortable it may be. I wanted to know what I looked like with *my* hair in its natural state as it grows out of my head. And as annoying as it is sometimes to maintain, and the embarrassing amount of money I've spent, and the crazy amount of time it took for me to learn how to properly care for it & learn its needs, I truly do think it was the best thing I could've done for my self image & self esteem. I still have issues with different parts of my body, but I've grown to be incredibly proud of my 'fro, and how it represented a time in my life when I wanted to lean into all my blackness after having been a token black girl for years before that. True, sincere pride in my blackness was a goal for me then, and it feels good to say I think I achieved it. 🥰 So when I saw the rest of the world catch up to that alongside my own personal story - seeing Viola Davis take off her wig & makeup, seeing Issa Rae with her short 'fro & tying her hair in a head wrap before bed on Insecure - was so validating, and it felt so good to see these everyday black experiences finally being portrayed as the normal, day-to-day routines they are.
Totally! The power play between Reynolds and Brimsley is phenomenal. Hope to see more of these backstories even as flashbacks in later seasons. We need to know what goes on with Reynolds.. such a complex torn powerful yet beautifully humane character. And couldn’t have exited in all these layers without Brimsely
Sam: You don't look nervous at all😂😂😂 I agree! He was way into that. There is a spot where she kind of pushes him off and I wondered if that was planned because he looked a little suprised
You have incredible attention to detail. I thought I was the only who caught that! On my third watch tbh 😂 but yh now that I know some unscripted moments were left in? I wonder about that bit.
@@sochim6507 yeah it looks like he got caught up in the moment and she had to stop him. She had to deliver the line and he was still going 😂. Because if you watch, she used her lips to kind of stop the kiss a few seconds before she pushed him off lol. His eyes were big when the camera was on him. He seemed superised lol
Corey doing his damndest to be nonchalant but yeah I think that was the most real kissing between them. I initially thought she stopped the kiss because in her mind she didn’t want to feel like he was gonna turn away from her again like he did after the wedding. But yeah Corey you ain’t fooling no one here…
@@musicislife7282 he definitely enjoyed that. He was going in😂😂. I truly commend the man for trying to stay faithful to his girlfriend but if he thinks he's hiding it well, he can forget it lol. I bet his girlfriend is over the moon now that filming and press is over.
They are trolling Corey and Freddie is totally in on it because why would they choose the kissing scene when neither Freddie nor Sam are in it? Corey’s poker face is killing me. Also Sam? Get behind me what is this look? 2:33 😭😂
I’m behind you and co-signing! Corey definitely feels something (more than friends) for India, and Freddie and Sam knows it! They have the tea for sure!!
It’s amazing to see such phenomenal acting from so many people. Their emotions show in their mannerisms, their facial expressions, even in their eyes. They’re so good.
before I started watching this series, I was expecting something light-hearted romanti-comedy/drama, but wow... it was nothing like the other Bridgerton dramas, it was something else. I cried sooo much! All the actresses and actors were phenomenal, it was incredible!!!
1:15 pls Arsema just described what ive thought about India during the whole show, she just looked so cute i was actually wondering how old she was because her face is so child like haha
Each story line and each one of their story telling in the form of acting is incredibly incredibly moving. Oh boy! It just gets me. Thank you ❤Asema, India, Freddie, Sam and Corey❤
I hope after this Queen Charlotte series project, they keep being best friends who occasionally meet each other just like LOTR and Harry Potter's casts. We all know how the industry is. So, I hope they will contact to and support each other although fame comes to them in the future. I hope their friendship will be last forever. I love them all.
Corey actually watched himself kissing in his character without cringing, which I think is an admirable feat. I feel like it must be a bit awkward watching yourself act an intimate scene, let alone watching yourself acting.
I don't know or care (said with aaalll of the attitude of the Queen mother) how it's done but we NEED a LONG (at least 5 yrs) series (cute lil romcom or drama) with this cast ASAP!! Please and thank you 😊🫶🏽
He was “suspiciously” stoic. The look on his face watching the actual kissing, he wanted to be just like us. His real internal reaction was the 😍 emoji. I THINK he’s a heart on your sleeve type of guy. I think his real reaction would have impregnated India! 😂
I usually repeat Bridgerton seasons at least twice, but this one has so much emotional pain I haven’t been able to watch it again… It was a good story 😊 full with everything, the chemistry of the characters, the last scene 🤯 loved it
I looooved Queen Charlotte so much!!! I binged watched it in 2 days. I think the cast did an amazing job. I cried so much at the end I couldn’t hear the words “farmer George” for a while ❤
I will say this to the day I die… Corey was INTO that kiss. I have a feeling India was thinking “Ok buddy I gotta deliver my line. when are you gonna break away?” 😂
I love how these actors respect and love each other without any weirdness,. Thanks for the beautiful acting in this amazing story. You guys are the best!
These three gentlemen are sooo cute wth XD Corey: this was our first kissing scene. I remember being so nervous. Freddie: You don't look nervous at all.. (all laugh) I feel so sorry for my puppy because I giggled like crazy and the female urge idk to smack someone beside you when you're having butterflies on something lmao
1:49 COME ON, we all gotta admit that the best moment of this clip is the 3-way bromance depicted here!!! EDIT - 2:13 LOL Freddie comes up with the best lines & Sam's reaction instantly compliments it so well!!!
i would not be surprised if REynolds and Brimsley relationship ended because of the power struggle between the two of them , i would swear Reynolds loved power more than he loved Brimsley, he was like leave him, he is mine as if the king was an object or something
I fcking loved this series my absolute favorite & I love these type of stories in this era🙌🏽♥️every character was perfectly casted & I wish there was more to this series but I definitely loved the ending…it was so BEAUTIFULLY MADE🥺🎭what a tear jerker!
