(THERE ARE SUBTITLES IF YOU NEED THEM! minor spoiler warning, also.) - shrugs - i love all three of them, but they're idiots. most of this, unsurprisingly, ended up being trevor.
@@tayvalkyrie8370 So then the reason Sypha dropped the castle on top of the Belmont house is because Trevor was borrowing the brain cell to try to figure out a defensive strategy. Trevor ruins everything, yet again.
I think it was Alucard‘s turn, otherwise he wouldn’t have noticed a problem with the castle… Trevor was trying to barricade the door at the time. Nuff said…
I love the fact you can hear how overjoyed Alucard in this moment, without it being necessarily displayed. The voice acting is so on point in almost every moment.
*backhanded by his own dad* "Ow-" *lands on, then bends, the fireplace guard* "Ouch-" *bumps head on said fireplace's upper ridge* "Aaaagh-" Alucard is a gift.
Warren Ellis himself just Tweeted a link to this video with, _"Someone just sent me this video and I feel like I should call the police to report my own murder"_
And I kinda did. Sorta. I was at a panel at NYCC with him, Sypha's VA, James Callis/Alucard, and Graham McTavish/Dracula. Would have died to get a quick photo or autograph.
the best part about that one is, sypha in the last scene needed the cell rly hard, alucard didnt have it at the time to give it to her, trevor had it to wield his mighty stick.
For what it's worth it how shows like Berserk are so popular. Guts the MC with joke with himself if nobody else is around and during massacres. Comic Spawn did the same.
Trevor using his one brain cell for the most impractical way possible. Sipha breaking stuff cuz God’s hate her. Alucard been politely rude. Yeah, I see a pattern.
Also add the fact that whenever she fires her magic in the game, it freezes even enemy projectiles, the thing is , its stuck in the air and can make you fall of a ledge. Sypha be like: "Great i've frozen my enemies and their attacks" "Now how do i go forward without getting hit"
Alucard, shocked: "Where did you land the castle, Sypha?" Sypha, pleased with herself: "Right on top of us!" *excited clapping* *realizations kicks in HARD*
Trevor: No, we can’t move this thing Sypha broke it. Sypha: I did not! Alucard: You kind of did. Sypha: I do not brake things! Trevor: So we agree she broke it? Alucard: Oh, yes
@@OneTrueWindfall Some people (myself included) like the early 2000s Hellsing more than the OVAs, so liking the abridged more than the original shouldn't be a problem.
Alucard: Do you do anything apart from climbing walls and throwing knives? Grant: I climb into some of the finest brothels and into the beds of their fairest maids. *Sypha and Alucard are incredibly horrified and disgusted* Trevor: It's about damn time someone spoke a word of my native tongue.
Dean Wynn Cause the writer of the series hated Grant, thought his name was stupid and left him out. They merged Trevor and Grant's traits and backstory into Trevor, the Danasty clan were disgraced nobles like the Belmont's in the series. So, probably due to that you get the hybrid Trevor.
in a fight to the death nothing truly counts but that final moment and ANYTHING, even false bravado or confidence in a wooden stick can give you the split-second you need to kill the other guy
@@spikymarshmallow7611 it can actually be useful for some conditions, like haemochromatosis - it means you have too much iron in your blood, so it turns acidic and starts destroying your organs. my uncle has his blood let regularly because of it, lol, he's a vampire's dream
My three whole braincells, ladies and gentlemen: -The studious levelheaded one -The self destructive vengeful one -The sophisticated, semi-competent one. It's a daily dice roll of which one is used more or less.
Castlevania is definitely a pretty serious, grisly series. It does have moments of comedy and the main trio have some very fun banter (which this video is supposed to highlight), but it is absolutely by no means a comedy and is rated M for a reason.
Trevor: Variant Human Battle Master/Kensei Monk Sypha: Variant Human Evocation Wizard Alucard: Dhampir Eldritch Knight/Bladesinger Keeping in mind this post came after Tasha’s Cauldron of Everything.
"This is a comedy movie. I don't care what anybody tells me." - The Cosmonaut Variety Hour, Sam Raimi's Spider-Man Trilogy - Worse Than You Remember (after the Green Goblin throws Dr. Mendel Stromm out of a window)
Now, every time I play Castlevania 3, this is gonna be running through my head, and I won't be able to concentrate because this'll be running through my head.
It's moments like these that made me forget I cried like a baby during the final encounter between Dracula and Alucard, leading me phone my dad and tell him how much I love him
@@yegorlarychev9810 first my wife dies. then my son leaves me now the belmonts show up and he is punching me like im sort sort of weak skeleton. what did i do wrong.
Alucard: Where did you land the castle? Sypha: Right on top of us :D Alucard: !!! :O Trevor: !!! :O Background musicians: (Stops playing music) :O Sypha: :) ........ D:
2:46 I like how Alucard asks. It's that kind of look. You know, the "I'm confused as fuck but I know for a fact that you did something dumb." kind of look
"Its the magical door of death, Belmont." Alucard, 2019. "I'm armed with a.... *realizes he's literally just holding a stick* a stick!!!" Trevor Belmont, 2019.
“where did you land the castle, sypha?” “right on top of us!” sypha’s self applause followed by sudden realization is one of the funniest parts in the entire show
the last one broke me, where did you land the castle ???? RIGHT ON TOP OF US; AND SHE FKING CLAPS WITH SO MUCH PRIDE AND ACCOMPLISHMENT LIKE WHOHOOOOOOO I DID WELL; IM SO PROUD RIGHT NOW. the clapping just was the kicker for me
"Naughty Belmonts hunting all the terrible things of the forest, but sitting on a magic door opened by occult language?" Alucard nails this one. I could not stop laughing. 😂
I love how, out of context, Castlevania could be like a comedy. watching made me realize that there is definitely more funny moments than I realized because the tone was so serious that I didn't I notice entirely
