I got to open for krum bums once in 2006 (ish), met David Tejas for a sec, he was super nice and complimented my not good band. I asked if they were gonna play "cease fire" and he said he wasn't sure, they had a new member (i think) but maybe. Later in their set he dedicated cease fire to "zack from the influents, they tore it up earlier!" And I just about shit my pants, me and my band understood that we had just peaked (lmao) but were stupid excited. Seeing him replace the singer of my favorite teen year band is awesome, can't think of any other voice that could replace jorge.
I remember being the lead singer of Splatterpunx 2001 Indianapolis opening up for the casualties and there were maybe 30 people there but it was so much fun. Now I'm 39 still living here I've been all alone for 3 years no friends barely seeing my family two or three times a year for an hour or so I'm a true hermit. I'm a full-time Uber driver in a 2023 Tesla Model y as if that matters I feel like I'm living in The Matrix
@@theCasualtiesNYC I don't know why you are laughing? Horhay went down for raping some young girl now the casualties aren't the same. Punk rock is dead in general anyways.
