I went to see the Casualties last night with a couple of my friends, and we actually got to meet Jake. He's really one of the most down to earth guys I've met, he signed our shirts and shit and even took the time to hold a conversation with us, a bunch of 16 year old kids. Props to him for still being chill and not being an asshole like a lot of musicians are.
that is definitely true when he talks about playing for other bands. Cant tell you how many times my band has played shows for other bands, and vise versa.
yeah i was in munich and saw them, after the show i talked with jake he's a really cool guy and don't thinks he's to famous to talk with people like me :D
hes great hes always funny in the interviews and just in enjoys playin fast music and drinkin beer and that all want from a man he haha the casualties are abit stupid sometimes but most there stuff is great
I like the casualties, but they can be kinda quiet and shy when it comes to playing shows. Every time they come up here to play a gig they just sit in their van the whole time and dont talk to anyone, and the only time they go outside of it is right before they play. I also hate how they usually take 40+ minutes to set up their equipment and all that, but otherwise theyre fucking cool. Never sold out, never changed their attitudes, music has practically always stayed the same, great band
@1:07 you keep living your life as a punk rocker you DO NOTHING, do nothing, do nothing and then you die, haha, i still love punk rock, but grow up and get a REAL job homie
