This show is surprisingly interesting. I love seeing all the variation in shooting styles. The one lady with black hair (Caroline I think) certainly had a unique style.
Great to see a community event like this where the blokes along with women and children are all present and competing. Sling shots are inexpensive and anyone can get into it and you don't need a license, plus you can practice in your own back yard. A competition between Wales, Scotland, Ireland and England would be a great event also. great stuff people

Bringing the sport indoors for those who can't get out so often, if at all. I am using 6mm plastic BB's and a sticky dart board. I also use a folding catch box (bought one after seeing your review) and one inch polystyrene balls suspended in it. I do round the board on doubles and trebles at 18 feet. Might be good to try at a compo? I enjoy your vids m8. Bring it on!
If you hunt squirrels with a slingshot can you tell me a good taper for therabaand gold and a taper for .30 latex for latex i want to shoot .44 lead and with tbg i want to shoot 38 steel at 250 or higher fps with only a single layer band can you help me

Hi John, I've recently come back to the wonderful world of slingshots and made my own bands and pouches, can you tell me what the best type of material to make pouches from and where to get it from? I made my own pouches from off cuts of thin leather but lately I've been using the Chinese bands but I don't like the little pouches that come on the bands and prefer the larger traditional size I had been used to using many years (30 years) ago. Thanks.
Hey John. Here's an idea for a video, how about explaining matching the band's to the ammo size, wasted energy etc. I think lots of new shooters don't understand that part. Keep up the good work.
Hi John I’ve just got into catapult shooting and was wondering do you need to aim with your dominant eye as I can’t open my dominant eye which is my right eye and close my left eye but can do the opposite I’m right handed and hold the frame in this hand and drawback with my left hand as this feels more natural to do.so I was wondering does the way I shoot make any difference to how accurate I can get or am I better aiming with my dominant eye cheers wayne
Hi John, I know it's boring, but my question is, what are the laws governing the use of slingshots in the UK? I'd think they're pretty similar to airgun laws, but without the age and power restrictions, and that you'd need the landowners permission to use one?

I absolutely love the deltawing from WASP, and tried out the stinger, and it´s horrible. It´s crazy uncomfortable to hold, and even my mediocre hands can´t make it fit.
