Well done the film crew and the great narration, but massive thanks for the crew and boats who work amazing days and nights at sea, could never amongst millions of others do that kind of work.. RESPECT... love the whole series...well done all!!
So Phil needs new crew. Gets a couple of new guys to come along. Offers them zero training but expects them, somehow, to perform whilst he is screaming and shouting at them?????? Wonder if the new guys are still with him today? Very much doubt it. Pure genius Phil. Way to go! 💥

I worked on a prawn trawler 48 years ago off the coast of Qld Australia ,, the pay rates were different , a novice Deckie was on 10% experienced Deckie was on 15% and this was off the top not after costs ,,
You lads. fair play to you. dangerous job rough seas without people like yourself we wouldn't have fish on our plates at all 👍👍👍👍you deserve every penny
