Live where you were born, eat what your ancestors ate, live off land, clean food, water, air, no stress off unemployment, being homeless or living apart from your family... That's the reason of longevity
Clean air and water, non GMO food locally grown and no “ processed “ food , physical activity , strong family ties , faith in God , those are the mist important factors in the equation and of course genetics . I didn’t see anyone smoking or wasting time with video games and cell phones .
My grandma lived up to 120 years in Puerto Rico. My dad, her son, moved to the states with us when he was 96 after my mother died. He lived up to 100 years old. His original birth records added two more years to his age, so he was 102. He died because of congested heart failure at his age, but all his life he was healthy. He had a large family (surrounded by 4 generation from his descendants), he ate organic foods and he was active.
I have several centurions in my family and they all ate organic food they grew themselves and they remained active till their deaths. It really is that simple. I wish people understood this more clearly. ❤️
She was probably not 120 yo, at the time people didnt know their date of birth and it was not properly recorded by local administration in countries like Puerto Rico
My dad died on his 86 because of smoking, if only he weren't a smoker, he might live for the next few years or reached a Century life.He had never taken any injection in his life, drank black coffee with brown sugar(palm sugar) ,ate fresh green vegt and raw fruits, strong teeth he had(none of them broken or fell off),still rode his bike on his 80s, he would prefer walkingto the mosque than taken by motobike.Wish i could live as long as him share my happiness to all the members of the family.
My grandmother just celebrated her 101st birthday and she is still going strong. My auntie lived to be 104. It is my belief that one of the key components to a long life, beyond the obvious healthy dietary choices, are hard work and extreme optimism.
@@Anna-mc3ll She ate an American farmers diet with regular meat consumption but she did not drink alcohol or soda or refined sugars and flours. As to Vegan ... It is not necessary for longevity. If someone wants to stop consuming meat for moral reasons, then I say do it, but if one is trying to reach old age, just cut out everything that isn’t from the earth directly. My grandparents grew all of their own food, that was simply how it was done and they lived longer for it. As to fasting, unless it was for spiritual reasons, it simply never happened. Ever.
alex: good comment, as are many here that I agree with! We don't have to be "scientists" with long years of study and "degrees" behind the name to clearly observe what would account for longevity here - so, I would say we have a hidden commodity, surely passing away, called Common Sense! - sprinkled with God-given reason/logic! Just a few minutes of watching I would definitely add: the AIR even visually we can see the near-perfect purity of it, also lack of Wires, i.e., electromagnetic fields (outside any of nature may have). Also, if that had been my grandma I would never permit her (or myself or my family) to be poked for blood. Very likely these "scientists" will be back for more investigations - travesty.
Living among the family & active + positive life attitude - key words. My grandmother felt weak till the whole family gathered and one week later she walked out of the house and was feeling every day better and better
Very good documentary. I was raised in Southern California but both sides of the family have roots in Russia and the Caucasus region. My maternal Grandfather was born in Kars before making the boat trip to Ellis Island at the age of 2 years old. He had a heart defect so died in his 70s, but my Grandmother died in her 90s and my mother is 89 and still takes daily walks.
There’s was a recent 108 year old black woman who was from Georgia or Alabama? She said she ate hotdogs every single day. 🤣🤣👍👏 Maybe hotdogs have all u need?? 🤷♀️🤷♀️
Excellent video! I notice y relative who worked on their farms eating non-processed foods all their lives lived well above 95, while the ones who settled in big cites died much earlier. Your video is really a good one and congrats to the young man, Murat, who did this very fine study.
My grandfather's cousin lived up to 105 yrs old. He lived a peaceful, organic lifestyle in the rural areas, and he was very active and independent. He died peacefully 4 years ago.
My great great grandmother lived till 128 in the beautiful country side of Armenia. My great grandmother lived till she was 95 but she didn’t know her exact age so it’s possible that she was over 100.
@@adeltan2670 not everyvone muslim caucasus people are orthodox and muslim north caucasus are many muslim than orthodox christian but south are orthodox christian than muslim
I am Armenian and I love it, its amazing, I cant wait till I go to your country. Truly Caucasians have warm and interesting culture, great unique music, food, and Caucasian women are so beautiful, they have light skin, beautiful faces and body. The Caucasian Countries are Georgia, Dagestan, Chechnya, Abkhazia, and my country Armenia that is semi Caucasus, we Armenians are semi Caucasian and are like your people. The people of Caucasus are tough and warm.
I think that the lesson is do. Everyone can do something. It involves mental strength and physical conditioning. I also believe that it starts with good genes.
Beautiful people beautiful life... I'm going to live a very long healthy beautiful life too! "The me I see is the me I'll be, and you've got to name it to claim it baby!" I've said this for as long as I can remember! I would say it after every exercise class I used to teach!
Interesting. This reminds me of my grandmother. She was reported to be over hundred when she died. She could tell you about the history of the world and the country and at what stage in her life when world war 1 started. She was never sick very seriously only had asthma and lived without inhalers at all. It is now known that the secret to long life is health food, exercise good health. My grandmother never took a tablet for anything. She was working the evening she fell and broke her hip. She never recovered from there. What killed her was poor nutrition after the injury. It was heartbreaking to just receive a message that she was no more but not about her sickness.

Living conditions would have been very harsher in such very cold mountain regions as they typically had no electricity for winter lighting and heating and relied on oil lamps, wood fires candles etc but before you could light a fire for winter evening warmth and light, first you had to collect wood, make candles etc ie a lot of work. By time you did all that wood cutting etc, you'd be warm enough from physical work to not need any heating and too tired to need a lamp or candle to stay up at night. You would just crash from sheer physical exhaustion and sleep, ready to an early morning rise. They went to bed early and rose early for work. Their inventors entire life routines were ruled by things let me sun rise and sunset, water tides (for fishing etc), phases of the moon (for planting and harvesting etc), the seasons (for moving sheep and cattle up steep mountains over harsher winters to keep them alive and able to breed next season) ie nature's law prevailed and they simply fitted in with nature's dictates, because they knew it was pointless fighting it if they didn't like it because Nature was far bigger, older, more powerful than any humans. So it was a good idea to work with and respect what is more powerful than you, rather than tight it or interfere with its natural order. If you cooperate, it rewards you eg long life, good health and even abundance, sometimes. But, if you tamper and interfere with nature's law, the results are often catastrophic for humans kind, like we are now seeing in the west eg with its political correctness that goes against the laws of nature, which seem so unfair on certain humans, but, in the end, it all balances out and works out OK because the group that seems to be do unfairly treated by nature eg women, certain breeds of people, kids etc will often have many other hidden advantages the seemingly lucky ones did not get allocated in nature's lottery. Eg your poor black folk are often extremely well endowed with physical strength, speed and similar physical gifts, women may be small and weak physically but can be pretty smart and agile mentally, as well as physically faster than men eg working Ng with their hands etc and can do several things at once, which most males can't. Vulnerable babies have been found surviving in conditions that would kill most adults eg buried under heaps of earthquake rubble etc. There are many examples of such nature balancing phenomena. So it is worth revisiting these ancient forgotten lifestyles humans discarded in their quest for an easy, faster, comfortable lifestyle with everything easily had, no hard physical work involved, take a pill or have an operation at the first sign of a bit of pain or a sniffle or some allergy induced itch etc. Fact is, no amount of so called modern packaged, manufactured "health good" you can simply get delivered to your door at the press of a few bit one on your smart phone or device is going to deliver your long life and happiness everybody in the west is competing with each other to buy, often slaughtering each other in the process of trying to get the biggest, best, most up to the minute modern products etc. Another feature of these older societies that helps them live long and happy, despite poverty and hard life is their sense of community. They don't fight and compete with their own people, like Australians typically do. They are like one big cooperative, working together, playing together, suffering hardships together, celebrating events together, helping each other. Though it would be inadvisable to interfere with their community life as an unwelcome outsider, as they would all team up and ferociously fight any intruders on their way of life, territory, clans etc. Why do you think they built those lofty mountain castles and fortresses? It was to protect all their own people and fight off external intruders. High mountain locations were a distinct military advantage and all males were expected to defend their people. Women simply had to get out of the way, stay hidden in safety, provide comfort and keep breeding more people. So let Ng as they did this, they survived external attacks and were kept safe and could live on to be centenarians etc. And these old girls were highly respected matriarchs the younger generations were required to care for, respect, obey, take advice from etc. No sitting around just thrown into some old folks home to languish, waiting to die of Covid or whatever, like in Australia. They played a very important and active role in their society, typically imparting their wisdom of age and life experience. Though they were respected and had great female authority, they were not always necessarily agreed with by rebellious youth who the older ones disapproved of. But they always had to show respect for seniors and take inst action from them. Younger generations devised clever social ways to handle some of these very authoritarian elders who disapproved of many of the younger generations newer ways of doing things. But the oldies were always allowed to be believe they were the "tribal elders", in charge of the continuity of their own people, their own human herd. Even if they seemed to make no sense. You simply had to show respect and listen to their advice, not necessarily always do everything they said, if the advice was now superseded with newer, better ways of living, working etc. However things like moral principles the oldies laid down were not something that got superseded by "the latest trends", like in modern Anglo societies. They clung to traditional morals and ethics laid down by Christianity because these have stability and continuity to their tribe. They didn't necessarily believe all the religion. But they followed its moral and ethical laws because it made sense to do so. To ensure people did not end up slaughtering each other, like in the law of the jungle, like we now are seeing in modern multicultural, feminist dominated western Anglo type societies eg the US, Australia etc, where Christianity is not even permitted in public places now, like in Melbourne, Australia, where Christian Christmas Nativity scenes etc are banned in public places (but there are special Muslim prayer rooms in schools and kosher food is all you can buy in many food stores... ). Some of these old lifestyles are clearly out dated now and probably should be discarded, but some still make sense, even in this modern era. Don't be in such a haste to throw the baby out with the bathwater...
I certainly agree with most of what you wrote here, however western society is not truly feminist. It's still very much controlled by a misogynistic patriarchal dominance. That's why stripclubs were kept open while ordinary Australian businesses were locked down, a female staffer's rape was initially covered up not reported to police by female MP's in parliament & Biden has abandoned the women & girls of Afghanistan to the misogynistic regime of the Taliban & finally a dirty UK policeman who was known to have already committed minor sexual offences was allowed to retain his position of power over the public until he kidnapped, raped & murdered a woman walking home at night. These are not the outcomes of a feminist society where women's lives are valued & respected by the government.
My Grandma was 98 when she passed, only because she had cancer. Her 3 older sisters were 102-3? Then 86, and 1 had cancer and died in her 50’s. I don’t know for sure my Nana on my mother’s side, in her late 80’s. She had a beer in 1 hand and a cigarette in the other. She quit smoking and drinking then died. I think the beer kept her going. Hehe. I don’t want to live that long, I wouldn’t have anyone to take care of me. 😧✌️❤️🙏
There are exceptions to every rule...a person living to 168 is astonishing but I don't think impossible....like other very rare things that happen with people this could also be
They need to test her gut biome to understand her longevity--not her blood. The gut biome assists the immune system and the organs. Any sample from the outhouse would suffice.
The most important thing is: a big family where the old people are loved and respected, if we want to pich up one factor. WHATEVER WE WANT FOR OURSELF WE HAVE TO GIVE TO OTHERS FIRST. .
Keeping our elderly, living with us doing whatever they can I do think,is also, key,to longevity of life….in our western self centred nuclear family society, what’s the point of living a long life? What for? To be shoved into an,old folks, home? I do believe having all generations living together is a bit of a secret to long life…
That is the problem...Anomalies are the foods we eat, the bad air we breathe and the wrong beliefs we have...Living long is not an anomaly...IN ancient times people lived long very long lives 200 and older...
I'm sorry how you feel. If you're healthy enough maybe volunteer in a children's hospital or in a retirement center or anywhere you feel happy but try to stay close to the young they will keep you young.
@@waynek3366 That’s the problem. I have have a number of autoimmune disorders and allergies that preclude my taking “the vaccine.” I lost my job doing therapy with children because my employer was afraid I’d get COVID and sue, or that I’d carry it and give it to others, vaccinated or not! I used to volunteer at a nursing home, but I can no longer do that, either, same reason. My health problems include psoriatic arthritis which means I cannot do much in the way of physical activities. Most institutions and public venues remain restricted in my area. When I asked my doctor what he recommends for me to do, his reply was to stay home as much as possible. I have this tablet which has taken me months to figure out the basics. It works at night when, for some reason, I’m able to pick up a free WiFi service. So I go on line in my car, from midnightish until it fades away around 5:00 AM. Otherwise, I’m living entirely off-grid. I take a siesta in the heat of the day. I do have my three dogs and my two cats, for which I’m grateful. It’d just be better to have a bit more in person human contact, or some reason to have to get up every single morning, like a job, not just the occasional doctor appt.!

Fantastic, my grandparents also live 104 and 107. It's not impossible, they live in the farm, toil there surroundings and plant every corner of there land. Eat only fish, grains, vegetables. Walk miles to the market. Survived word war 2.
My grandparents are very charitable, they give away harvest on there farm, including animals like cow, pigs to celebrate feast to the neighbors and farmers. They believe on the power of Almighty GOD and build a small church for the whole community. This is my remembrance to great grandparents.
