@Empire333 That's interesting. My soulmate died of a cancer and I have a strong feeling that we arranged the experience together to learn from it. He nearly died in a car crash at 19 but he was 50 when he died from a cancer in the exact spot where he was injured. I believe this was to help my soul evolve aswell.

I was wondering about this as my brother died of a mysterious disease. He was young, healthy, filled with energy...and suddenly he fell ill and died within a couple of years. Hans, you have made a very rare comment that Peace Pilgrim also made, in her way. A very important comment about not needing to find information on one's own past lives. Peace Pilgrim knew that any such information would be known once a person was spiritually mature enough to know about it and by then, the information wouldn't be of much interest. It's not easy to deal with one's Karma. One must learn to not be consumed by things of this world, because it will literally consume your soul, take away your ability to love or be loved, and will eventually lead to damnation. But it is your choice. It is every soul's choice.

I am no expert, but, I think that, if you feel true heartfelt remorse for something you did or said to another person (even if that person has died), maybe you can heal some karma by not repeating that same behaviour with other human beings in your daily present life. I think clearing up bad karma is not just about being forgiven by "our victims". Wishing you all the best.

Just realize you have everything you need. There is no lack. If you think to yourself there isn't enough money or love, etc in your life that will manifest in your life. We have free will here to create what we want, even if that is the experience of not having enough of something.
@@OzmaOfOzz If there is no Karma to disolve then what a soul would do in this fallen world and say yes to suffering. Souls who have no Karma they reach up and merge into absolute when the time is right, even then it is not easy for them but yes by getting in a spiritual practice they attain Moksha/Smadhi/Nirvana. Now how would a person take a route to spiritual practice you may ask?? As i said when time is right, their soul would direct them to endulge in to spiritual practice and also you may have heard the quote.. when the time is right, teacher appears. I hope this may help.
Fascinating stories. I wish I could access past lives to shed light on my particulars. Not that it matters too much. I am through with karma and am not under it any longer. I am just here as a wanderer and observer.
The only problem with this Theory is that we are then seen as a helpless object in this incarnation who are simply a product outcome of previous mistakes.
These outcomes can be identified in the flesh, therefore it is your duty to overcome. The environment is not solely responsible for the individual you become. I would look more into epigenetics. We were wrong about our understanding of DNA.
If Karma hits you in the same lifetime. I can understand learning a lesson ! When Karma visits you from something you did 2,000 years ago. How are you supposed to learn a thing if you aren't aware of what you had done ? You sit here with the effect, but you can only guess the cause. You're sitting here reaping, but have no clue of what you had sewn in a previous lifetime. That sounds more like a punishment than a lesson to me. But to be honest, I think the lesson is a test in one's Faith in God. How you handle what you are reaping. Maybe that's why we continuously reap what we sew from one lifetime to the next. It's not easy getting into Heaven :-)

You can't learn a lesson or learn to feel anything about anything lacking "conscience" ! If I murdered someone 200 years ago. I don't recall how that victim must have felt. Therefore I can't compare it to losing my daughter in this lifetime (as an example). So she was taken away from me to learn a lesson ? No she was not. Not to learn a lesson from some past murder anyhow. Impossible ! There is no way I can learn any lesson. I feel nothing about 200 years ago. I lack "conscience"(no feeling) of the act. I wonder whethetr a past sin that is ti be balanced out now, matý be expelled or modified in case of great diligent, whole-hearted, daily strving and practise of doing good, developing etc. It seems so pointless to think that someone should be rammed by karma when they have risen andfd work hard, have changed, do a lot of good, help others, are at peace, you get the idea? Or if karma has to come no m,atter what. I find it so wonderful in the great Gandhi-movie when he lies hunger-striking in protest at their fightings over his teachiong, and a war criminal comes seeking him, devastated and despairing at what he'd done (smashed a small child from opposite religion agaist a wall and killed). Gandhi helps him to make amend s thus: " Find a small father- and motherless child born into the enemy religion and adopt it. Love and raise it like your own... and make sure you raise it according to that religion." that MUST alleviate some of that karmic debt, do you agree? The man was so happy and relieved and totally willing to carry it all out . it is so hopeful, that our darkness and pettiness, hurt evil can at any moment change and turn around. Why do some people reincarnate into rich families where they never have to suffer anything, never have to struggle in life, and have everything handed to them without having to work. What previous karma have they done to be born into such families? I'm not jealous, just curious why some souls would choose very easy lives like this. 2. How much free will do we actually have when many things are caused by karma in our lives, are our lives already pre destined or can we affect the karma somehow in a different direction? 3. The population is ever increasing, there are now more humans than ever before, how does this work together with reincarnation? I hope Mr. Wilhelm will answer your questions, because I'm curious, too. My guesses are: 1. Probably the same reason why some people pick the Easy mode in video games. To enjoy the game's story more fully, rather than to struggle to survive or win the game for the satisfaction of winning. 2. If we consider the possibility that even our opinions, behaviors and thinking pattern are influenced by the society, upbringing, education, and experiences, there are really not that many things we are doing in complete freedom. Maybe the exceptions would be how we choose to accept certain situations, and how we choose to deal with them, but only if we are aware of the choices we make. Karma or destiny is the same thing. Certain things are already set and destined to happen. If not by Karma, then by causality and history. But that is why many people today are so concerned with spiritual awakening. I can't say for certain, but when you are aware of what you do and how you influence the world around you, you would become more conscious of your thinking and actions, thereby resolving certain Karma before they manifest. If you believe in free will, then you might as well believe in the possibilities free will brings, as well as your ability to choose your destination. 3. I think completely new souls might be only a few, while most are old. If you believe in reincarnation as a given, then you have to consider that these souls might have been alive since even before the Earth was formed and they've been waiting for their chance to be born until now. And it could be possible that certain souls might have matured from animals over time, and some might have come from other planets.

In Hinduism it is said that even when you choose to take birth and you choose womb then being there in the womb for 9 months is also a type of burning the karma since it's not easy to survive in the womb.....Also till the time we die we live with lots of day to day hardships like learning to walk speak ....Understand the life.....Illness ..... We can't avoid being hurt by someone's behaviour....Etc.....All these actions burn the karma as well create karma...... But even if we choose mother and type of mother we have no control on what our mother choose.....That is their richness or poverty..... Now we can not choose a rich mom or poor mom.....We choose the womb according to our vibes.... About children who have seen sexual abuse i asked once to Hans about this and he beautifully explained that our angels do guide us that something we need to be cautious about....But we must be able to understand that ...Also we have no control of that pedophiliac choice of bad karma.... On top of all this, since many organized religions teach against the idea of reincarnation, this just makes it more confusing for people to see any cause and effect from the past. That situation, along with dark spiritual forces wanting to use people as an energy source, makes this human existence seemingly to take forever to evolve to a higher state.

I stumbled upon information that totally confirmed what you talked about - brain death is not ultimate death, and the body even may have pain reactions after brain death! I have send the objection-letter to proper institution in my country (Poland, here such a letter is required if one doesn't want to be a donor) and this will save me a lot of suffering, possibly.

Actually It's not paying, but more like experiencing consequence. For example if someone plants a coconut tree it will take many decades to bring fruits. In meanwhile one can forgot that the palm was planted, yet the fruits will come regardless do one remembers when was it planted. Except if the root is not taken out. That means that we don't have to experience karma if we pay attention to the daily impulses in our present lives and if we act properly. The point with the proper knowledge about karma and reincarnation isn't who we were, but who are we still today. you're overthinking now. I think it's more important not how you treat other people outwardly but how you do it from the inside. Putting some people in their place if they attack you or your loved ones is not a bad thing to do. But if you experience pleasure doing that, or you do it for your own selfish reasons, then you need to be aware and cleanse that from yourself. I think to be realistic and grounded in reality as human beings is more important than being delusional and be nice to someone who treats you poorly. Like wtf. Life will be always in your face as to who you are and what you need to kinda learn in your journey.
I wish I had had the privilege of meeting Edgar Cayce, but I did happen to go to his library while in Virginia Beach years ago, while I was also seeing a famous psychic (a practice I have since given up) that a friend I had been visiting down there, had recommended to me. There are so many ways and some ways are circular rather than direct. I also feel that in some cases it can be helpful to assist someone in connecting with disembodied "possessing" spirits through an experienced facilitator, rather than just meditating alone.
