The video "Red is the Rose" by The Celtic Tenors is part of a series of three videos. Filmed in February 2020 at Emlagh Bog, Kells, Co. Meath, Ireland, it features a beautiful, Irish folk song. This love song sees the singer's love far exceed the beauties of nature. There is also, great sadness here too in true old Irish song fashion. It shares the tune (and basic theme) with the Scottish song, Loch Lomond. For over two decades, the Celtic Tenors have been charming audiences the world over with their rich harmonies, disarming wit as radiating their love for all that is Ireland.
