from what i seen in the video clip this is one company I wouldn't like to work for. how good you don't count if you move up or not, you move up if the boss like you and you sure in hill will not move up if you have a boss the come to work drunk. My advise is get out before the ship sinks and you go down with the ship. (Mississippi Gulf Coast, USA).
