You don’t realise how long this animation takes with all the detail and colour in it. They don’t choose to not upload, it just takes time, they need patience not being rushed.
Well to do that you’d have about 3 of these a year, and due to that, they’d be less likely to reference recent events like the sister joke or the ultras joke, because by the time it’s out the joke will have become irrelevant and anyways, who wants to wait 4 months for a video.
Actually it was published that Neymar has an entourage that everybody in it has a job in the "Neymar brand", so they travel everywhere with him, they are in the club's trainings, and once even Barcelona paid for a private plane to move them around. So in this episode they just reacting to this news.
