The Chandler Jones Situation Just Took a Sad Turn... 

Man, Chandler Jones has been one of my favourite pass rushers to watch. I hope he gets any help he needs

When all this first dropped everyone was quick to trash on the Raiders despite them handling it to the best of their abilities and keeping his business in house. They were truly more concerned for him then the team in this instance. Proud of how they’ve handled it. Prayers for Chandler and family. RN4L🏴‍☠️☠️🏴‍☠️

I’m a recovering addict over 2.5 decades. To me this is a combination of how he was raised, where he was raised and the constant head hits with football CTE. The reason I bring up that I’m an addict is the story of him doing hallucinogenics. This opens up another big door to a persons mind. Combining it with the other 3, his mind is a pinball a rocket speed with no baseline or foundation. It is a horrible feeling when your mind has no true foundation… It’s this big void space you try to fill with anything, reaching anywhere with this erratic pinball… making you look lost, crazy, nuts, etc yet you’re trying to find yourself… I hope he gets help, realizes this and fights his worst enemy, himself. There’s others but first it’s you and accept it. Get off the grid for long time and comeback when ready. Good luck 🤘

Damn I really hope he gets the help he needs and deserves. I had no idea it got like this. As a recovering addict, if there is one thing I regret not taking advantage of in rehab is the psychiatrist s that we had on the property. My mental state was all over the place and this gave me a few flashbacks. Mental health is as if not more important than physical health! Never think that mental health problems are looked down upon or make you look weak! Poor dude gets concussions at work like I deal with refuling the freaking forklift it's probably super common. Thanks for asking your audience to show empathy cause some people just don't understand mental health issues

You can't help someone who refuses help. Keeping him off the field and out of the team facility might be the best thing for him, right now. I hope that he has a change of heart and makes use of the help available...

I think he’s just in a bad psychological state of depression or bipolar, as well as major anxiety. In his mind he probably thinks the people trying to help him are out to get him. I think he just needs time away from football and media to just focus on his mental health

Everyone has their own struggles and challenges, Although many of us have the benefit of not having our problems broadcast on the internet and news, that being said I hope that he will get any help or healing he needs and can live his life in a way that is safe and healthy.

As a schizophrenic who uses marijuana its not necessarily that, seeing as it doesnt seem hes using marijauna. Other drugs? Maybe. But he does show signs of paranoid schizophrenia. Especially seeing as he has a hisotry of drug use thay plus hits to the head can basically awaken the schizophrenia thatbhad been dormant the entire time. Either way, he needs to get help and soon before it leads tonthe worst outcome possible. Loved the dude, hate to see him going down hill this way.

I’m surprised it’s not common knowledge he’s Jon Jones brother and Arthur Jones is their big brother. It’s highly likely CTE is causing his behavior and as with most conditions you can be genetically more susceptible to them which could explain Jon’s behavior in the past

Just hope he gets help and the whole situation ends as peaceful as possible.👍

Could be a manic episode, the effect of CTE, substance use, or a personality disorder. Most likely it's some combination of mental health and drug use; especially given his brother's actions/issues.

this is likely CTE. weed can cause/awaken schizophrenia but that usually happens between ages 18-21. weed is very unlikely to cause schizophrenia at the age of 30 & in general it’s very unlikely for someone to develop it at such an age . one might green out and experience temporary psychosis, but not episodes lasting days or weeks.

Sucks for him but in this world people only care when your famous. The rest of us have to man up and still go through life. I hope he recovers.
