I used to live here years ago. TRM drive and Lumumba drive look congested. Poor urban planning and architects' and developers' insistence on building beacon to beacon with no regard for the streets/ pedestrian walkways, the environment, parking, markets e.t.c. The neighborhood only starts to look good from around 8:29. The new royal suburbs project 3:10 looks good though.
Roysambu Wil be like pipeline... Nyumba zinajengwa bila good planning... They leaving very small spaces for the road and streets.. . Nyumba zimeshikana shikana
