Dolphine, you do a great job highlighting the infrastructure developments in Kenya. You do it with pride and passion like a true patriot ... Keep it up my friend .. may this channel succeed steadfastedly ... God bless!
I wrote to you a list of those tallest buildings coming up in Nairobi on your recent South C trip. The building you are asking about is Altura, currently topped out at 30+ floors, next to it is upcoming Habitat Medical Suites and Residency Upperhill, currently at 14th but going up to 30+ floors.
Definitely they need to improve on marking the roads. Proper signage too. I wonder why we never take serious the marking of our roads. Halafu wasee wa Kenya power wanafaa kuadopt underground cabling in cities. Those posts and hanging lines zinaharibu the beautiful views. That means the private sector is doing great setting up the skyscrapers but the government imeshindwa kufanya the horizontal infrastructure.
We have Altura, Habitat and 88 . All under construction.... Behind Daystar seems there is also something coming up, I saw green net twins coming up, you can check out
Dolphine what is required in upperhill is light rail transport the kind that passes overhead as we cant do underground its abit more expensive. That way its easier to evade the traffic and this could be joined to the upcoming railway city.
Kilimani is a place to watch.. That area starts to make upper hill look like a joke 🤣🤣..... Starting from Daystar, hurligham, yaya centre, Ngong rd from Daystar towards Adams,
Ati most?? Wacha kuleta kisirani ya Kilimani hapa. Upperhill video is a showcase & taste of future skyscrapers hub of the city and should be treated as such. Hii maneno ya kusema hatupendi high rises anga what haisadii. Nairobi population is rising and full utilisation of the land is needed. What you should be pushing for is the govt to expand infrastructure more and protect forest & park reserves in the process
The most painful thing is that no architect doing all those buildings found it wise enough to maintain the beautiful indigenous trees in their designs for those sky scrappers. The net effect is massive heat in Nairobi CBD and the larger Ngong road and Nairobi west area due to the loss of those trees also the air quality has really declined.
Ugandans hallo😂 anyway Altura is a residential apartment building consisting of mini 1&2 bedroom units, starting at the price of 15 million expected date of completion is the 4th Quater of 2025 developed by Hass Consult
Ukiangalia Value ya Ksh. Na others Eastern Africa Countries Nairobi ilipaswa kuwa ya kutisha but kwa hali hii Kigali na Dar es salaam zitaiacha Nairobi mbali sana
