I'm really glad that I've found your channel, looking forward to more poem analyses.

I love this poem and the study of this event has been a passion of mine throughout my life. But the pedant in me must point out that the picture in the thumbnail is not from the Charge at all but the Charge of the Scots Greys from the Battle of Waterloo. Wrong battle and a regiment that wasn't present in the Charge.

This is my favourite poem but I never understood what it means but now I do Thanks 100% recommend you to my friends
