I grew up with a congregation of nuns where my aunt was a nun she lived there as a nun for over 50 years they thought me how to pray.blessed them all...

I renewed my relationship with Christ after many decades away last year and am currently in RCIA. I keep finding things about the Carmelite Order and I'm always in awe when I see the devotion these wonderful sisters have 🙏 I'm not used to praying but it's becoming easier so I will pray for them, the work they do for God and for the world.

This is really good. A very good presentation of carmelite life through interviews with the sisters, who come across as very normal but also touched by the Holy Spirit. I always remember my visit to your carmel back in 2007.

I'm doing the live in inside a Carmelite community and I can tell you, not all cloistered nuns are demure and introverted! There are definitely those who are really talkative, loud and boyish! There's one nun here who makes me laugh 😂
