I absolutely love this layout , the only thing I would change would be to make the master bath bigger . Or just take the bathtub out of the master bath.

I would make small changes, nothing major. I could not find this plan on your website, yet... Mainly, make the garage bigger (for older cars and trucks) with a work area and a mechanical room. I like the water heater out of the house... But in all, this is an amazing plan

The window could be made into a push-out awning if concerned about privacy, or just use privacy glass. Plus, it allows for natural light and ventilation as someone else posted. My wife had the exact concern as you.
