Several years ago I visited U.K for the first time. I decided I wanted to try some genuine english fish n chips served in newspaper(this was before I became a vegetarian)I was promptly told by the kind lady at the chippy that they dont do that anymore and was given my fish n chips(much to my horror)in waxed faux newspaper...but I must say it was the best fish n chips I've ever had :-)
Yes, I’m so sorry. I struggled with sound for a very long time. I hope that in my recent videos is much better - I bought better equipment last month, but the early vlogs have awful sound. So sorry!
I'm so sorry that it's not loud enough for you. This was one of my early vlogs, and the sound quality wasn't good yet. I'm still uploading my back catalogue at the moment, and as soon as I've finished that I'll see if I can improve the sound and re-upload this video for you!
Hi Stephanie. I’m a little confused by the numbers on the vlogs. I’d liked to watch the backlog of videos in chronological order so do I go by the numbers in the titles? There seem to be lots missing? What shall I do 😁? Love the vlogs btw xxx thanks for sharing x
I’m really sorry, I haven’t organised or finished uploading all of the old videos yet! I’ll definitely have them all up by the end of the week. They are all numbered correctly, but as you spotted, there are some missing. As soon as they’re all online, I’ll make a playlist so that you can easily watch them in the correct order. Video 21 isn't available and over the title it says, "Video blocked in country" What is going on? Then youtube immediately slides me to this one, Video 22???????????

Hello Maureen! I’m so happy you’re enjoying the videos 😊 We bought Lalande in 2005 and redid all of the electrics, plumbing, heating, septic tank, and all of the ground floor decoration. If you’d like to know more about that process, I also have a blog (written posts about life at Lalande, as opposed to the ‘vlogs’ which are videos).
