Buy a bulk bag of rough opal from Coober Pedy. It's a lucky dip of what's inside each rock with a trace of colour. I ended up with a birds egg sized blue opal by grinding and polishing some rough.

What they should do is buy a large neodymium magnet and place it on the cender of the shaft where is snapped and drop it back in then pull it up with the magnet

@sali gandu bruh i dont think your understanding. Im not talk an immediate fix but fix for future break downs all you do is order is and wait once you get it you dont have to worry as much and it saves you time and in the long run money.
