These RV makers should put the single slide on the curbside. That way if someone has to boondock the slide doesn't stick out into traffic and is over the curb where it won't matter.
I love this story!!! You two are a real blessing to this wonderful couple. Cherish the moments. God bless you all. I look forward to finding more videos with these two couples together. Thank you for making my day even more awesome.
That song and pictures of you and Shea made me smile, happy for you both! Wow, lots of storage. Just bought a class A...We need to know WHAT? Please. Nice Prism, thank you for the tour Doug and Andrew. Happy trails!
We love our Coachman Prism! Since last May, we've enjoyed the ease of driving and the design. This model first caught our attention because of the large amount of storage and the extra long bed that is not attached to a slide out. The rattling that is heard in the video is most likely the hinged glass stove cover making contact with the burner tops. We put a small cloth between the glass cover and the burner tops and the rattling stopped in our case. We thought the price was right for this unit as compared to others of its type on a Mercedes chassis. In regards to sleeping space, we've utilized the dinette bed as well as the above cab space, where our 6'5" son was able to stretch out and sleep comfortably! And I must say, customer service from the manufacturer has been excellent, and provided prompt, immediate responses and resolutions. I've even gotten specific technical advice to help with modifications/personalizations I've been contemplating.
Andrew these are trying times to take flights.between 460,000 infections in one day us wide and not enough people to fly or maintain airlines.there was 8000 cancellation in one day UNITED STATES wide.best move is to RV to your location. I wish I had the money for this one.lol
Just purchased a '22 Wayfarer a few weeks ago and sure enough just what Andrew and Doug were saying..... it was 180k, barely under MSRP. Very hard to find right now.
Nice Sprinter! I think that THAT one is now my favorite shown. Some people do not like those corner beds but they work so well in that floor plan. And the washroom is smart with the sink outside of it in order to best utilize space. Bed above the cockpit, TV above the door... nice to see that a motorhome manufacturer actually put the TV above the door instead of in the upper bed area near the head/feet; I never got why people installed the TV's into the wall in the upper cockpit bed area, I always think it can be accidentally hit with the feet or head, etc. Great vid Andrew! Happy New Year to you and your hot girlfriend!
Has Mercedes-Benz new chassis fixed their weeble-wobble when you go over a bump? We had one and the only way to fix it we were told was to add suspension pieces which would have overweighted us as the CCC was not that good to begin with. Also, according to the manual is B5 or Diesel #2 still required except for the infrequent times you are in a place that doesn't have it? The coolest Sprinter RVs we have seen are the Winnebago-made Class A's that they quit making in 2018. Also, isn't Coachmen a lower quality brand, especially when comparing them with Leisure Travel? We looked up their 2021 value score for the Prism in RV Consumer Group and it was only a 69.
Doug - What is the remaining warranty from Coachmen/Forest River as well as Mercedes Benz? What needs to be done on the RV to improve the long lasting nature of this RV? Roof coverings to slide out cover to double checking and improving the caulking, etc? Your attention to detail before the RV goes out is much appreciated.
So you have all that stuff. Sounds like the milage sucks. 6 miles per gallon. I think it's a waste of money. I bought a 1999 Ford full size f250 4x4 7.3 diesel manual transmission with 140.000 miles on it a few years ago for 10 grand gets around 16 miles to gallon. Has gone up in value now it's worth 15 to 18 grand all day. I bought an old Lance camper for 2 grand few years back. So who needs all this goofy way expensive new stuff. Not me.
Nice content, we have (5) of the new Chassis Sprinters at our office for service vehicles, huge difference over the older chassis. I have had past older Airstream Sprinters and I was just thinking how I miss the flexibility and ease of getting around, oddly enough I was thinking about the Sprinters today as I am currently sitting at a KOA for the night w/my XLII and a stacker trailer (waiting for a service tech since I lost all lights on the trailer earlier..grrr..always something) I realized I am going to have a heck of a time pulling this stacker into the Keys. Thats a nice looking Mercedes rig I like the gray, waiting for the hopeful video of the XLII that Doug is having serviced. There is a lot to be said for your traveling in your Leisure Travel van and not pulling an Albatross being you....looking forward to your song and new career as a lounge singer
Hello Andrew. I heard you say that you just bought a class A and a class B coach and you do not need another coach right now 😁. Which class A did you purchase? Hmmm 🤔 You dropped a little nugget on us.

Do you ever take a break, Andrew? My goodness! I can barely keep up with the content! Maybe I should just unsubscribe from some other channels, and watch your channel full time!
similar to an LTV? How exactly? LTV's are going for over $200k USED. Apples/oranges. Come on, Andrew--you know this. I wonder if it comes with a mattress? Was the stock one a crime scene?
Seems like junk to me only people comfortable in this are very small adults or kids. No wonder the guy traded it in you get what you pay for and it just screams cheap build to me. My opinion and of course i could be wrong.100 thousand yeah right bud i would not give you 50 for that.
A pesky little caveat that Sprinter fans NEVER point out! As opposed to Ford dealers, which are like fast-food franchises where every little town has at least one, as a luxury brand? Mercedes dealers get very rare once you leave the largest city in the region and lets not be naïve, Mercedes Benz repair bills are going to be a LOT more expensive AND...(here's the kicker) a Mercedes dealer will not EVEN LOOK at your Sprinter unless they have a Mercedes Factory Certified Sprinter Technician on staff and not all of them do! 😲Which means you may have to flatbed your Sprinter from wherever it breaks down, a few hundred miles to get it to a Mercedes dealer with a "M.F.C.S.T." on staff. No getting around that and the build quality is NO BETTER than the Ford Transit! 😉
Andrew this guy is corrupting you everytime you seem to do a video with Doug you have some kind of story like missing your plane and now you might have to drive Doug's rv back and put it in auction lol. I think you should put in auction and show us I reckon it would get nearly 90 thousand if you are lucky be interesting see.
No corruption here. Just RV enthusiast having a good time. Where do you get that 90k figure when an old body style brought 95k last month. I hope we can take that auction just so I can reply to this comment 😂
