Good call on the double sinks…..two people couldn’t fit in the bathroom to use both sinks! Not a fan of the over the cab bunk with the door placement. When the bunk is in use it makes it challenging to enter/exit the coach. The TV placement isn’t terrible. You can easily see it from the swivel seats and the dinette. If you’re laying down on the couch it’s also in a good spot.
As soon as I saw the Jack & Jill sinks my first thought was "Why?" I seriously doubt two people would ever use the bathroom at the same time. That's why it failed the toilet placement test. Other than that, it's very nice.
Congrats on your new MH. We’ll done again you two on this review. Surprised to see you called out the sinks? Hahaha, what was Coachman thinking? MSRPs are so out of control right now. $293k for this? Yikes.
Ok the bathroom sink situation. Why do they do that we dont need double sinks. Change the dinette to that awesome table desk combo with a televator TV!!! Yes!!! Love the colors!!
I was prepared to be impressed and looked forward to the tour. However, as soon as I saw the idiotic TV and fireplace placement followed by the huge sink taking up much of the very limited counterspace I lost interest.
Did previous person who looked in this do a #2 in the toilet? Lol I can see someone walking in, checking it out….quick look both ways and then try out the bathroom LOLOL Thanks for showing this one!
Need to sell. Life comes at you FAST and you do what you have to do. Now accepting offers. Pictures speak for themselves. Brand new used once Precept 36C 2022. All the features wanted,FP,tankless hot water, bath and a half,2 AC units, over cab bunk w/ 750 lb capacity, washer and dryer, full RV winter cover including tire covers, and much more.
Very nice. LIkes: pass-thru storage, king bed, exterior paint, cabinet colors , pull out storage under dinette seating, Dislikes: only one bath, No ladder (deal breaker), ccc, tv position (deal breaker),, no oven. What are people supposed to do without a ladder?
Great review, as always. My wife and I currently are not in the RV market, but we follow you guys to determine our wants/needs and likes/dislikes so we’ll know when we are ready…hopefully sooner than later. Matt, what is the big selling point for diesel over gasoline?
Likes: *light colors *countertop in master perfect for folding clothes *Exterior paint Dislikes: *stupid double sink in bath *no pull out table on passenger side *TV location.
Hi Matt and Andrea! This is a great motorhome. My dislikes are the sane as yours. I’m with you on the double sink. My likes are I like the brightness with the cabinetry and the kitchen. The bedroom. Thank you Matt and Andrea!
"Engine Stuff"? I think that was the hydraulics to level the coach.... Come on, Matt! And, Andrea is still way too pretty for you! (-: Love you guys! Be good!
Howdy Matt, Will, We have a Honda Odyssey, 2019. Looking for RV trailer, which our honda could tow, ideally with a dry shower. Suggestions welcome. (Ben from Vancouver Island)
2 sinks in bath is a waste, watchingTV in a angle is not a sell for me, must have theater seats, must have more of a nightstand. In reality, most people would have a bottle of water, cell phone, smart watch and eye glasses to sit on nightstand. I always have a flashlight too. A postal stamp for a nightstand is no sell for me. I don't car for the trap door in front of the passenger seat. The rest of the motorhome floor plan is good.
Likes: Flat floor with no steps, bed is useable with the slides in, and fiberglass roof. Dislikes: Side by side washer/dryer should be stackable to provide more wardrobe space, 6k generator should be 8k, and no windows on either side of the bed.
The bathroom is not so hot. In that small space why put two sinks? That's silly and poorly planned. That is NOT the size of bathroom that needs two sinks.
So ridiculous to have two sinks in such a small space. Two people will never be able to use them at the same time. A single centered sink would have been sufficient and would have left more counter space.
Definitely “entry level” in that a lot of the interior is cheaply made. Putting a detuned ISB in this at 340 hp is absurd. Bathroom is terrible setup and twin sinks make no sense at all and SXS W/D? Giving up a lot of storage there. You can’t do the under the bed stuff being talked about, as that is engine access. The MRSP Ali e tells you what you’re getting. Not intending to being a snob here, but, if I’m buying a DP, I want a quality and livable interior. The dinette looks very uncomfortable with a very basic fabric giver and pads. Watching Matt climb in and out of that sofa gives you an idea of how uncomfortable that will be. Price point is good, but fit that amount of money, I’d buy a good used Tiffin or Newmar DP before the Coachman, which is not know for a quality product. Chassis is not an issue, but I think a raised rail XCM would have been a better choice, but would have raised the price. Putting the raised rail, with a 360 HP Cummins and 10 K towing capacity and increased CCCC makes a lot more sense, but that’s just me.
LIKE THE COLORS THE WASHER AND DRYER THE COUNTER TOP IN THE MASTER BEDROOM DON’T LIKE THE COOKTOP IT NEEDS FOUR BURNERS NO OVEN THE MASTER BED SIZE IT NEEDS TO BE A QUEEN SIZE BED THE TOILET REPLACEMENT THE STUPID DOUBLE SINKS IN BATH
