thank you girl for sharing this important information about land investment. God has a way of reaching out to people. 460km is far, but in some years, it will be like very near in terms of development.
Oh my 😭😭😭😭. I really needed to hear this. Thank you so much for the encouragement. We will keep doing as the Lord leads. I know that this channel is blessed and will impact many people. God bless you 🙏
Hi Eva, couple of questions: How many acres are still available?, Is there a masterplan for the area?, how much to drill for water? Weather wise, is there much rainfall in the area? Can one get a reputable surveyor in Kenya to check the land? Why is the owner selling and how long as he acquired the land for? What is the buying process for foreign nationals, freehold/leasehold? The land title, how can we confirm and check the authentication? Lastly, are there other areas that you can recommend that are affordable?
Hey bubs. Thank you for reaching out concerning the land. Yes, there is land still available. Over 1000 acres of land. Yes there is a master plan available with proposed future projects by the government. I’m not certain how much for water but I saw a couple of boreholes in the nearby communities that have settled close to where the land is. It’s pretty much dry to be honest but the soil is red and lots of acacia trees. That’s why there are boreholes. Yes, you can get a surveyor of your choice to check it out for due diligence. The owner is selling so that there can be development in the area. The family owns quite some land in the area but distributed among family members. The goal is to develop the area that’s why they want people to buy.
The land ownership details are all in the kitui lands office. Title deeds for the lands are not yet out as they are in process. However, if a search is done, the results will confirm the current seller is the owner of the land
I would recommend a couple of places but it depends on where you are interested in land and the acreage. Please let me know by replying here or sending an email to missevawambui@gmail.com
I visited malindi, a place called marereni. It was surprisingly very very fertile. I saw maize growing and looking very healthy. The soil is red and farming could be very lucrative there. Would you like some contacts and you could get more info?
I will disagree with this dear. He has all the documents for this land. He is the original owner. Why would you associate the name of the Person with the ownership of the land? I’d love to know.
@@butterflyqueen9792 well noted. Do you mind elaborating more on the statement. How does the name of the person associate with the land? I'm honestly curious.
Yes, it is possible to drill a borehole. We drove past the location to Tana river county which is nearby. We saw several boreholes drilled for the locals.
From Kitui drive to Mutomo. From Mutomo drive to Kalambani. From Kalambani town it’s about a two hours drive with a four wheel drive. The road is Murram that’s why.
Feedback received but the video had everything you had to see. The first five minutes clearly show what to expect with the location of the land. If you are not satisfied, feel free to go for a site visit. All details have been provided.
Hey friends 😇, this is an opportunity you should not miss out on. If you are interested, please contact the owner for more info through: +14379224592 (John). Thank you for watching.
