@nextgenerationsshow I mean, to a certain extent, yeah. I mean, of course they weren't doing tiktok dances or whatever, but my grandparents got into some crazy shit in high-school in the 50's, and I've read a lot of historical stories of as far back as the 1800s and even ancient Rome and Greece. The culture has sort of changed in form, but we are social creatures that have an instinctual inclination to sexual behaviour, as our brain knows its the only way to keep the evolutionary timeline alive. I suppose it is sort of outdated now, because of the whole evolution thing and now that we've become more sentient and aware we need the idea of concent, we're not animals anymore, but I still think teens should be able to express those feelings somehow??? Idk. But I also think the bigger problem here isn't that kids are doing stuff like this, the biggest problem to me is this idea that EVERYTHING has to be recorded and subsequently shared to the world now. Shared to the world through the internet, an internet that practically anyone can access, and anyone includes some weird people. So I'd encourage parents to teach their teens that these feelings they're having are natural, but they have to be safe with it, and especially extra careful now that there's internet and technology involved, you know?
