When I was in my early teens I started to use these springs of my dads, I loved doing press ups too and when i was about 18 years of age I could do a few exercisers with all 5 springs, The one that really burns is the one where you lay down flat on your back, Expand them to your chest and do a sit up, Then twist your body to each side then repeat, 4 springs was enough for that but I liked to use three to get more reps in. The exercise that you are doing here is a burner too, You dont need many springs at all, Infact I had an accident with this one from using too many springs, My hand gave way and I got hit at the side of my face, My dad told me not to go daft and I wish that I listened to him at the time 🤣 But yeah, These springs are no joke, They Rip your shoulders and back muscles up like mad, People always commented about my shoulders and back, I was pretty strong for my age and now here I am at 39 years of age, Digressing wishing that I had continued, Ive been on and off training since my 20's, Meh.
