The Classic Series is a collection of songs by artists that I'm most inspired and influenced by. The Chi-Lites are an incredible group & have had such a huge influence on so many artists throughout the years. I love them and this song specifically is a childhood favorite and so fun to sing!

A word of advice to any young artist trying to find their way: Become obsessed with the artists you love, and embody their work. Read what they read. Listen to what they were listening to. Study their struggles and apply their wisdom to what you want to share with the world as your art.

Just a matter of time before you hear Stan on every R&B radio station all over the world !!!!!!!! Dude has the total package kinda a cross of Justin Timberlake & Robin Thicke but with more soul !!!!!! If you haven’t heard his Steely Dan cover go check it out he murdered that one for sure!!!!!! Only the best soul singers will cover a Al Green song Stan owned it like it was his !!!!!!! Much respect to you Sir!!!!!!

As for your advice, I have known someone...an artist architect, I loved him, and perhaps still do...the problem with him is he is a gambler, card player...he had in his hands the queen of heart that could have given him a considerable win...instead, he double bet, and let his winner card out to get a bigger win.Not sure at all that it was the good move...
