One suggestion: Add (just a little) finely-diced anchovies like a true Italian caesar salad! I know that’s a bold move in America, but believe it’d be the ‘cherry on top.’

Love a chicken Cesar sandwich. In San Rafael, CA there is a grocery store by the College of Marin that makes hands down the best chicken Cesar sandwich I’ve had. I might have to make me one this weekend or take a drive up.
