I’ve never ever heard of a victim escaping from a serial killer by killing him with his own weapon on top of everything else. And I’ve watched hundreds of true crime shows. Well done Heather!!!!

That woman Heather is awesome! I’ve seen a couple crime docs about her story. She’s a brave soul who finally taught one of these monsters a lesson.

Grew up and still live here . This story is deeper than anyone thinks . Law enforcement local dope dealers are all possibly involved

In the docu-series 'Gone: The Forgotten Women of Ohio', a lot of people claim that local drug dealer, Ernest 'Dollar Bill' Moore had something to do with many of the cases of missing and murdered women around Chillicothe. He's currently serving time in prison on unrelated charges.

I was addicted to heroin for years, but now im at my 4th year sober, and im a big fan of your channel Mike. I think its good you bring attention to the drug problem.

Mike the picture in your cover of this story made me ball my eyes out. The picture is of my friend Shasta I saw her Christmas night at the gas station she was 4 months pregnant happy and talkative. She did not kill herself... thanks for bringing light to this because we live in a small town their are so many missing we have a serial killer here who is a cop or a judge in another community. Thanks for doing this episode. And Shasta her so called boyfriend is now in prison for touching kids

I remember when this was happenening, watching the news each time another went missing, when they declared Shastas a suicide, telling us not to worry. I knew better

the number of deceased women in this case just made me sad - like really sad... and then i realized what it is that you, mike, do .... you are remembering them and thats why so many people like myself LOVE you ... i feel lucky to have found you and i hope your success continues to grow and grow cuz you are the best... the best for real and thank you for re-telling so many peoples stories. you have given them their fifteen minutes of fame and its as close to being alive again as the dead can get. its very sweet... you are just cool and i just had to let you know how very much i appreciate you....

I actually knew shasta for the short time i was living in oh with my dad in 2013 she was a very kind person. It's crazy this all happened almost right after i left that place to move back to AZ. I know she was clean off opiates at least the time i left. Hope she gets justice rip.

The women's self-defense killing is, I think, my favorite form of justice. Really sucks she experienced that but I'm glad it worked in her favor.

Thank you for taking the time to mention the crisis in Ohio, Dayton was actually the overdose capitol of america 2yrs ago, more deaths per person than any other city, chillicothe is not far and my friends are from there. Thank you for recognizing the issues in places and bringing awareness to them.

This is the hardest episode. I knew Tiff from high school. She was an amazing girl and I have many good memories of her. These women had problems and if they had the hard childhood she did, they were easy targets. I hope her grandma(mother figure) and the families that lost them are at least able to remember the good moments. Thank you for this upload, I have always enjoyed them, even with one so close to the heart.

Thanks to Heather, I'm sure many, many other lives were saved, she deserves a medal.

I watched a story on Neal Falls getting killed by that girl. He wound up with his belt hooked on a door knob and slumped over dead, suspended ass up by the door knob, hahaha

Rebecca Cade's body being mistaken for a Halloween decoration really struck a chord with me... Very similar to something that happened in my hometown. To keep it brief, this kid I tutored lived at the corner of a very busy one way stop, three way intersection. His parents were split and he lived with his dad. He was very shy at first, but warmed up to me quickly. Fast forward to Oct 2013, one of the weeks he was with his mom (she lived in a different town so I wouldn't work with him then) his dad was working on this old Chevy he had up on blocks in his driveway. The truck fell on him while he was trying to break a bolt and killed him. His body sat there under the truck, in broad view of this intersection under the assumption of Halloween decor for over a week until his son was dropped off. My heart bleeds for him. Just wanted to share this kid's story.

I remember this because of the way she blindly shot back over her shoulder. The amazingly awesome part of the story that you missed....was that when she did that, she shot him through the brain, and he died instantly. The cool part though...was that he was backed up against the door, and when his body went limp...his belt hooked on the doorknob, and he hung there slumped over without ever hitting the floor. I remember seeing the image of it somewhere.

So happy that Heather was able to get off of those charges for homicide. I was worried they would try to jail her even though it was obvious self defense. She's a goddamn hero.

I am watching this for the second time. I look at other channels and think about watching their videos, but I watch your videos multiple times. You are so great.

I live 87 miles from Chillicothe & my heartbreaks everytime hearing this!! All these girls had drug problems & known to sell themselves to support their habit. That is what made them easy targets. As well then to now, Prayers to all the family! 🙏🏻💔

It’s insane the detective's can be so negligent and hardly get sued or reprimanded. The audacity of them to become complacent in their jobs blows my mind.

The question I have after watching this, was did those disappearances stop after Falls was done in? Im sure you don't go through what Heather did, and come out unscathed, but I really hope she doesn't harbour any serious trauma for having shot him. She did the world a favor, and was rightfully defending herself. Major kudos to her, though. Sounds like she was already petty badly injured and she still managed to keep her wits enough to save herself. In watching these videos I always feel a bit of pride, (maybe the wrong word) when hearing how these women fought so hard, or outwitted the guy. Even if the outcome isn't always a good one.
