but first question is why GERMANY wants to quit CHINA? Do you have a better option? was it because the USA force you to quit CHINA OR the its most benefits for GERMANY Itself?
Any self-repeating democracy would want to disentangle its economy from a totalitarian regime like China. It is pretty obvious to anyone who’s not Chinese.
It started with Australia…Decoupling with China , their top trading partner just to please the US…It backfired “bigly” and they had to change their prime minister with a less hawkish attitude…The infamous Tonya Harding defense strategy .
Yeah, everyone is basically free to do whatever they want, but it is good to take into account that other countries and individuals are also free to react to it however they want. Fanatec is a German company, but they get parts from China, which is why i dont want to buy their products. Most people probably dont have enough integrity to think twice about such things, but at least i want to TRY to do my part...

Phones are also one of those things where you probably cant fully avoid China. Fanatec (a German company that uses Chinese parts) makes sim racing wheels though, and both Thrustmaster and Simucube are 100% western alternatives. Thrustmaster is nowhere near as good as Fanatec though, and Simucube wheels are not exactly budget friendly, with prices ranging from 2000 to 4000 euros - but at least my money would go to an ally.
Such hypocrisy mentioning the alleged human rights violations yet, those same Critics turn a blind eye to the murder and suffering of Palestines in Gaza. Especially the children of Gaza numbering well over 4000 murdered and not even counting those who are injured and suffering.
Gaza is not on their side , so they dont care. Uyghur people in Xinjiang doesnot killed and oppressed as hard Palestinians but they keep on saying that it is violation of human rights. Human rights for them is conditional, wheter you are enemy or friend 😂
Translation: when trade favors the West, it is good. When the scales tilt, well then we must decouple and bring up abuses we ourselves have committed throughout history and point to a record no other group of nations can compete with.
"Xinjiang .... home to 12 million Uyghurs, an ethnic group that suffers suppression by the Chinese governmenr. " How is it possible that the population increases from 8.34 million in 2000 to 12 million in 2020 if they suffer suppression as this reporter has alleged?
When will the Germans who can't make their own decisions really have national sovereignty? How can China establish a long-term and stable cooperative relationship with a country that cannot make its own decisions?
The China market has certainly not been lost... Yet. It's actually up to Germany to decide whether it wants to look after itself or just follow what the Americans want.
Effectively with more expensive energy it would be hard to compete on pricing with anything in China, unless German companies physically move production to China.

The question you should be asking: Why should Germany or any other country quit China? To please the US Empire? At least US has a reason to fight and china, i.e. to contain china and remain a sole global superpower but what reason does Germany have to fight China other than becoming a sacrificial lamb for the US against its fight of dominance against China?
I guess you didn't watch the video then, such as the bit where she blamed German companies for failing to keep up and for poor strategy. I guess you just must have an agenda 😉
Exactly, it's all talk, Germany needs to stop all trades and businesses with China, and donate 20% GDP to support Ukraine. Germany started 2 wars, time to stop the third one.
China is now the most mature and competitive platform in the world, not just a pure market or factory. You can leave this platform for various reasons, but you may be abandoned by the trend of history.
What is more important to Germany? Follow the leadership of the US to its deadend in its so called human right? Or its own road to prosperity of Germany.
People were asking the same exact question about Russia just a couple of years ago. History has given the answer. Everyone in the West will eventually have to quit China, because the war that is inevitably coming will force the same style of sanctions that we have today against Russia. The more dependent an economy is on China the more it will suffer from the forced disentanglement.

Germany is on the downward spiral, from high energy cost, US trade sanctions, high inflation, jobless, budget deficit , war and losing competitive market in China.

I gave up when she said China is an Autocracy. That shows how little she knows about the operation of the Chinese Government. China is a bureaucracy. The Chinese govt is made up of layers upon layers of committees and agencies manned by the sharpest minds in the country. They spent countless time on meetings and studies and debates and votes, just like any other Western government. One of the major failures of the West is that they discounted China as a simplistic dictatorship, and let them get away. They are left behind, but they still haven't learned.

You either choose ideology or economy. Ideology will cost you, like it costs everyone. It’s weird how fast people sacrifice their values if it means they get poorer.
Because human rights cost money. You think you can give people good free education, good free healthcare, unemployment benefits, retirement benefits, good infrastructure, clean but more expensive energy etc. without money?
China and Germany political systems are indeed different. China is a people's republic, government work for the people. Germany is a capitalist, its government work for the rich
Germany once tried to serve the people well, but on this road of exploration, the Germans made mistakes, so they completely rejected the direction of "work for the people".

We Chinese want to cooperate with other countries, not control. Our cooperation is achieved through mutual negotiation, not through war. African countries have the right to decide to cooperate or not.
The post-WTO entry celebration is over. For years both sides operated on faulty assumptions. The West thought that trade would lead to a more democratic China. It didn't (at least not as they expected). China thought that as it grew trade relations and economic clout, that it would get respect and that other powers would somehow turn a blind eye as they expanded their regional domination. They too were disappointed. The honeymoon is over. Talk about "decoupling," "friendshoring" and "de-risking" are fun talking points, but the relationship of mutual reliance is still there. There may be realignment, but those who expect an abrupt rupture of ties are also going to be let down. It's time to just go to the post-honeymoon phase of the relationship.

Of course there are risks when you set China as a potential enemy. China has its own political system, which is its right. Does China discriminate against Germany because its political degree is different from China's?
On the contrary, China welcome Germany investments in China despite the fact trade balance were heavily tilted to Germany favor in the past 30 years. However, some Germany policy makers are complaining when China had some success in EV and achieve trade surplus with Germany.
Yes. The only problem with your argument is that it’s completely flawed. Germany has the political system it has because its people chose that system, freely. China has the system it has because a group of people have imposed it by force. It’s simply wrong to consider the actions of the Chinese regime as representing “China”, i.e. the people of China.

But these are not enough to rebuild a complete American industry At this time, U.S. allies need to make sacrifices, they need to be completely de-industrialized and transferred to the United States, and funds also need to flow to the United States.
