Even as an adult, this music STILL gives me chills and a sense of unease. I always point to Thomas as the perfect example of how to do children's horror. There were some very effective and memorable 'scary' episodes of the show, including this one.

Knocking them out of the park, as usual. Back when the show could be a little more ominous but not quite Season 5 or Sailor John throwing dynamite level. I've always loved this episode. (One of my favorite VHS' had this episode along with Donald and Douglas!) Excellent work fleshing out this piece and making it your own.
The episode didn't scare me, but this music did give me a bit of a chill. The one episode I will admit scared me very much as a child was "Percy's Ghostly Trick"/"Ghost Train", particularly the opening scene and music.

A perfect use of this theme is when I was returning home to get fuel for my car and I was looking for trains at a crossing when I saw the glistening of lights on the rails and I knew what that was. When I got off the tracks, the train roared by, headlamps swaying and horn blowing.
God, I remember how much this episode scared the hell out of me as a kid. (Especially the scene with Percy's shut-eyed face; that always scared me the most). Anyway, nice job recreating this! Didn't think anyone would try it out.
This was one of the themes that brought suspence to a scene. You can feel the tension as the music gets darker. It fits well when Thomas passes by with the Chinese Dragon. I love how the steam came out of the dragon's mouth as they past Percy's siding.
I love the late George Carlin's narration Thomas, Percy & The Dragon episode/story from my Thomas' Halloween Adventures 2006 DVD. The theme makes my body get chills myself, but it gets stuck in my mind anytime.
Percy was asleep on the siding and had no idea the Thomas was approaching him. Percy woke up with a start. “Help“, cried Percy. I’m not going to open my eyes until my driver comes.
This recreation is so identical to the original that it's hard to tell the difference :) Also, the theme will always be one of the funnest dark themes of the show.
For some odd reason, this was one of favorite George Carlin episodes. Because it stood out at times. Odd how the wooden railway classic had an accurate model compared to the new one
Probably the theme that would be playing in the minds of whoever got lucky enough to see Abraham Lincoln's funeral train on its original route over CSX and NS

I legit remember as kid the first time I saw this episode I got scared but not in tears or anything like just a bit jumpy ironically later on I loved seeing the Dragon from what I remember anyways, This was such a classic show without it my love for trains may never have developed. anyways nuff rambling have a lovely day everyone :)

I had this theme also used when either Thomas or Percy pulls the post train in the fog at night along a spooky looking line, and the middle coach had a revolving light beacon fitted on it's roof. It was a scene that I had in my dream once when I was 8 or 9 years old.
I pretend to be a spider at 11:35 pm I told my brother to play this theme and i looked so funny he said Plus he laughed harder because the middle part of this theme Beats.
this music is perfect for ghost engines and sudden things, also this theme is the creepiest of them all. One last thing, someone should make a remix of this it would be really cool!

This music reminds me of the bug eyed ghoul Momo. Here’s an example So you’re sleeping in your bed then you hear a scary noise like somebody coming The door opens. Then out of the hallway, Momo comes to kill you and she comes out of nowhere Then you scream for help and she says TIME TO DIE! And you say NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! But you didn’t see somebody behind the sculpture. And it’s just your friend trying to scare you. And you run all the way to your mother in the living room and she protects you from Momo
