I gave my brother something (in a parcel) which he gifted back to me a few weeks later (bad memory, I guess). lol Also, my mum once got a gift from a friend (something knitted) that had a name pinned on it, and realized it was the name of the person who gave her friend the gift. She'd put the name on there to remember, so she didn't gift it back to the woman who gave it to (or probably made it for) her, but then forgot to take the name off.
