I got a callback from the Blue Knights earlier this month and look forward to attending the round two audition weekend after next -- I can attribute alot of what propels me to practice as hard as I do to recently discovering your channel listening to you tear into the upper register like it's nothing. That's super cool. One of the former members of my high school band got contracted by the Blue Knights this year on mellophone. I was invited to the round two audition for the Blue Stars, and I can definitely say that Louis was a huge part of that for me as well.

Ben Polk I feel the same way. Louis shows that you can really play nice music with the occasional pretty screams XD. Bring excepted in DCI is so cool. I want to be in the cavaliers or Carolina Crown

Band sounded great as usual! When Atila first started singing, though, I was like "Who is this guy they brought in?" and I wasn't a big fan, but as the song went on I started to really like his voice and expression, even to the point that even during the awesome band interlude near the end I was like "bring Atila back in!" haha

Hi Louis! Gosh I love your stuff! What an amazing player you are! everything looks so effortless. I'm so jealous of your ability to play those high notes! I'm a trumpet player in Reno, Nevada, USA, and have a couple of friends that have bought a couple of your big band charts for a band we play in. They are so much fun! One question for you - why don't you use key signatures in your charts?
