Went there as a kid when they first opened, and I can tell you they have not changed much. Walking in is, to me, akin to a time warp to when I was age 10 and my Mom was going to ASU. This place was our "treat" as kids if we behaved well. It's very good. Not positive if it's the best in the Phoenix area (I can think of a couple others), but there is no doubt the Chuckbox is an excellent choice.
0:38 As an ASU alum (Class of 2016) it’s such a trip to look at the corner of College Ave and University back in the day… Looks really odd without the Palm Walk Overpass and the Fulton Center in the distance East of the Newman Center Church Honestly I wish there was a way to walk all across campus in the 1950s in Google street view Shoutout to the Chuckbox though- Just a great place for a simple, honest, backyard grill-style burger
@@sherrik6863 I have. But first one that comes to South West Tennessee, gets my vote ! ( I was in Tucson during the summer and They had whataburgers... WE used to have them about 25 years ago.) I miss them. >>> I will have to make me one like the First one that was shown, look very good!
